POOL coming August 2025!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Our beautiful channel home is 3300 sq ft and can sleep 10 comfortably. Exterior cameras around the home for added security

We are in the desired area of NMB Cherry Grove.

Plenty of outdoor seating for all to relax.

4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a few sleeper sofas and 2 XL cots. Main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master has a king bed, other 2 bedrooms have a queen bed in each. Carolina room has a queen sleeper and a twin sleeper. Upstairs has a king bed, queen sleeper and bunk beds. Blow up mattress in a closet also.
We have a pack n play(no linens), high chairs, baby bath tub, booster seat for little ones


The cleaning fee is for cleaning and linens.
Beds will be made upon arrival (Sleeper linens if needed will be left at the house) Bath linens include Bath towel, Hand Towel and Wash cloth for each registered guest. Beach towels provided for each guest to use. Beach chairs, cart, umbrella and toys available to use. ***Please make sure all towels are left at the home or additional charges will be charged

2 seater canoe and life jackets (not all sizes) available to use.

Luxury outdoor Hot Tub !!!
Exterior lift from driveway to main level. 1000lb capacity. FREIGHT only.

Bathrooms all remodeled with walk in showers (Stand alone tub will be upstairs).

MINIMUM age for booking is 27. We do ask for ages of all guests upon booking.
NO parties, unregistered guests, smoking allowed.

There is room for 4-5 vehicles based on size for parking. There is NO street parking or using of the empty lot across from the home~ that is private property and they will tow you. There is overflow parking free of charge off of sea mountain highway.

Happy vacay!

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Owner communication was great. Tammi made us very comfortable and even left us treats when we arrived! This house is beautiful, roomy, and extremely accommodating for our large family. So close to the beach and fabulous views from every angle. We all needed a good break before school starts back and all the hustle and bustle of our jobs and the children’s routines. We could not have been happier at any other location. We are going to be regulars at this location! Thanks Tammi! ❤️

Home away from home!!

This beach home property has everything you need to feel like you're not just in a rental but in the comforts of your home! The location to beach is perfect; a quick walk. The spacious kitchen that is FULLY stocked, several lounging rooms with large tvs, and the bedrooms that are very "home like". The property was immaculate and clean when we arrived, and the property owner has gone above and beyond to furnish the home and provide miscellaneous items, along with pleasant communication! The covered hottub and being on the channel with use of the kayak are added bonuses. It was a wonderful week, and allowing our furr babies with us made it perfect. Thank you Tammi and David for making our family beach vacation a memorable time. You are outstanding owners to rent from!

Checked all the boxes!

I read the glowing reviews before booking and was really excited about our stay. Honestly, everything about our trip was even better than expected! This was the first family vacation where our teenage children could bring a friend. It had space for everyone- the upstairs loft style area is great for anyone- but it’s really the perfect place for a group of kids! The boys loved fishing and paddling on the channel. The girls loved the hot tub. Tammi was in regular contact and very responsive during the whole process! As hosts, they have thought of everything a guest might need! This VRBO really does check all the boxes.

We didn’t want the week to end!

We have been visiting NMB for 25 years. Our family has grown up searching for sharks teeth and enjoying all the best the area has to offer. Hands down, this was the best property we have stayed at to date. The home was immaculate and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel at home (literally needed to bring nothing!). We thoroughly enjoyed the location, slightly away from some of the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located and just a short walk from the beach. We loved being able to have our pups with us on vacation and our children loved fishing from the dock and even caught and cooked their own crabs! Beyond the beauty and convenience of the property itself, we could not have asked for a better owner to work with. Tammi was extremely responsive, and ensured any and all questions were addressed promptly, and enabling our family the carefree and relaxing vacation we needed!! Check in and check out expectations were also clearly communicated. We absolutely loved everything about this experience and have all agreed we would return annually to rent this property!!! We didn’t want our week to end!!! Thank you Tammi and Dave!!!

One of the best homes I've rented in Cherry Grove....

My mother-in-law has a home in Cherry Grove NMB and for years we rent homes each time we come down for a week - or weeks at a time. This home was by far the best stocked home I've ever stayed at and was a true joy and blessing to stay here. From the freight elevator to help get luggage up with small kids to the location to the beach and the HOT TUB was used daily. We will DEF come back and stay at Tammi and David's home. The layout worked great for our family of 5 and there was plenty of room to spread out with TV's everywhere. We are very picky and this home actually felt like a home and not just a rental. If you want a turn key place that has what you would need to feel like your at home- this is the house for you! You don't have to bring beach towels, or beach toys, or basic spices, ketchup, etc. Wonderful experience for this picky mom that is for sure!!!

We enjoyed every minute!

Our family rented this beautiful beach house and celebrated my 50th Birthday. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed. Even amenities we didn't realize we would need. The owners stayed in communication with us and I felt comfortable to contact them if I were to need them. I would definitely recommend this beautiful beach house we LOVED IT!

AMAZING PROPERTY!

This house was PERFECT for our beach stay with friends and family. Anything you need is HERE. Kayak, beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart, kitchen supplies, you name it...the owners have provided it. Upon arrival the property was very clean and bathrooms had toilet paper, hand soap. The kitchen was stocked with paper plates, paper towels, etc... The location was fantastic with a very short walk to the beach. The owners were informative and quick to respond...but we didn't have any issues or problems during our stay. Simply perfect! We didn't want to leave. Thank you so much!

Amazing Beach Stay

Stayed over a long weekend and it was wonderful! We have four adult children, (two still in college), and we enjoy traveling together to new places. This was the most well-appointed and welcoming property we have ever rented. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, beds were comfortable, and the outside spaces were perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or evening steam pots! The beach was a quick walk down the street to the Public Access. Tammi is a fantastic host. She was easy to contact and gave great suggestions. This property is perfect for families of all ages, couples or a girls’ week/weekend away. It’s a place to make wonderful memories!

Amazing and more than expected!

This was not a rental, this was truly a home away from home. I cannot say enough how wonderful this property is. Plenty for kids to do, docks and deck to fish from! It was a wonderful stay and we will most definitely go back as soon as we can. This will be our Myrtle home!
