Les Alpages du Corbier A003 - Piscine chauffée

Ideally located 50 m from a chairlift, this flat will be the ideal place to enjoy the 28 slopes of the Corbier domain. As a resort with the Family Plus label, there is something for everyone! You will have a 29 m² flat with a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, as well as a 5 m² balcony with a sublime view on the mountain. You will also enjoy the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool, the ideal place to relax after a day of skiing. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The flat can accommodate 4 adults and a baby. The accommodation
Located on the ground floor of the residence, the flat is as follows:

- Entrance with storage cupboard.
- Living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area for 4 guests.
- Fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine, crockery and cutlery...
- Separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), TV.
- Bathroom with bathtub and towel dryer.
- Separate WC.
- North-east facing balcony of 5 m² with a view of the mountain, and furnished with garden furniture.

Free access to the residence's common areas:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from 18 December to 15 April, and from 2 July to 27 August. Outside these dates, the pool is closed. (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change).
- Fitness area.

The area
You will benefit from the ideal location of the residence, 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the first shops, and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1500 m, the resort of Corbier will offer you an exceptional panorama of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks, everything will be gathered to ensure you a most pleasant stay!

A restaurant bar "L'épicurien" is open in the residence during the winter and summer periods. You can eat tartiflette, fondue, raclette but also pizzas. Viennoiserie and bread on order in the morning.

Activities
You will have many activities at your disposal: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, sledging, dog sled rides...
Numerous ESF activities, welcome drink with music, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.

Transport
- Bus stop at 50 m which serves various places in the Corbier resort.
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station 25 minutes away by car.
- Chambéry airport at 1h15 by car (shuttles possible from the airport).

Other remarks
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
- You will have a private ski locker.
- Welcome kit offered: sponge, dishwasher tablet, toilet paper.
- Bed linen and towels on request, at extra cost.
- Baby bed with mattress and high chair at your disposal.
- All children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
