Owner was very rasp to communicate with! Great quiet location near everything. Easy to use and easy instructions. We will be back!

We were happy, that everything was like we expected. We felt very relaxed.

The house was located as we wanted it. Everything was in short reach for us. We felt very good. The interior was modern European style. And the Billard was an extra. The only thing, which can be adjusted is the water pressure . We will rent this house again.

Awesome place

This property was exceptional! It is Located in a charming and quiet neighborhood, the different rooms of the house were impeccably clean and thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor area was a highlight, providing a peaceful retreat for the grownups and play area for the kids with its large yard and the little basketball court . The kids also loved the pool table inside the house . We loved exploring the area’s shops and restaurants as the property is near the Falls and Dadeland Mall, It also has easy access to the main highways. Communication with John the host was easy and effective . I highly recommend this place for a cozy getaway in a fantastic location!

Gern wieder

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern angereist. Diese Unterkunft ist als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen super gelegen. Ruhige Nachbarschaft, alles sauber und eine nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Family vacation

Place was clean, neighborhood was quiet. Host answered to questions promptly. The only problem was the air conditioning was off during night . Overall we had a wonderful stay. Will recommend the place to friends and family.

Great Location

Overall had a great stay. The property was spacious and great for two toddlers under 2 and five adults. Communication with John was great, however their wasn’t any clear check out instructions so we just made sure to take out all trash. Regarding cleanliness, it could have been a bit better. Their was a storm during our stay and we noticed lots of little bugs on the kitchen counter and stove.

Very nice house

This is a very nice house with a lot of room and a large yard. Out host was A-plus and we enjoyed our 6-week stay.

Nice property

This house was clean and spacious and had a lot of starter amenities including coffee, sugar etc. The sub-urban location worked perfectly for us, we were in Miami for my nephew's wedding which occurred nearby. It was also an easy hop to the everglades and florida keys,

Great if you want the comforts of home

Nice property! Quiet location. Good spaces for relaxing. Well equipped kitchen...had some left over condiments (ketchup, mayo, etc.) so be sure to see what is there before you shop. Enjoyed the outdoors space. Very large dining room rable to accommodate a big group. Washer & dryer were very convenient & there was detergent & dryer sheets there...probably left from the prior visitors. Dishwasher was convenient as well. Matresses were memory foam, so not comfortable for us, but will depend on you. Had to watch the thermostats, because they were not programmed for the times/days we were there. Leapt up to 80° during the night, so once we figured that out we could adjust it accordingly. Lots of fragile/breakable items, so would want to be aware if you have kids. Modern decor. Good water pressure in the showers. There's a mix of new (decor) & old (house in general), but some updates were nicely done. We were a little nervous about the damaged items (flooring, cabinets, etc.) that we couldn't discuss with someone at arrival...nothing major...appears to just be from age/wear/tear, but didn't want to be at fault/blamed for it. Parking was in the driveway & could easily fit 4 cars if needed. Liked that it was off-street. Overall, we would rent this one again.

South Florida Spring Break

We had a great experience here! This property was perfect for my family’s trip. Four bedrooms/5 beds allowed us to spread out. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and we slept great. Cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen was a breeze and we used the private patio daily. We took day trips to Miami, Everglades NP, Biscayne NP, and Key Largo. Great experience!

Amazing Stay

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was clean, comfortable and the owner was very responsive (the tv’s didn’t work and he came right over to help us). The neighborhood was quiet but close to food and shops. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.
