Note: On-site construction begins September 9th. This fresh GULF FRONT (owner managed & cleaned) west corner condo is located on the 5th floor. An ULTRA CLEAN unit with a DIRECT view of the Gulf of Mexico & its white sandy beach along with a perfect view of 2 of the 6 outdoor pools! The only thing between this unit and the water is sand. This condo has a comfy queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, newly installed (2023) tub with tile surround, free high speed WiFi, cable & SMART TV, and full sized kitchen with full sized coffee pot and single cup Keurig, all essentials needed to prep meals in the unit. Add that you also have access to an indoor pool, fitness room, sauna, tennis courts, basketball courts, on-site laundry facilities, AND Sassy Bass Restaurant on the ground floor and you have the makings of a PERFECT GETAWAY but with all the conveniences.

2022 HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt season 29 episode 6 was filmed at our building!

In the Spring 2022 issue of Coastal Living in the article "The Best Places to Live on the Coast" (all of the coasts) Gulf Shores was one of the cities chosen.

Adjacent to the resort, you'll find Kiva Dunes Golf Course (with a restaurant) which is rated the number one golf course in Alabama. Want to golf course hop? There are 10 other courses close by.

Did you see HGTV's Battle on the Beach 2021 Series? That was filmed right down the road from us!

Listed as "Where to stay", our resort made the list as it's also driving distance to OWA's amusement park (NEW INDOOR WATERPARK & OUTDOOR SURF SIMULATOR AND WAVE POOL NOW OPEN), Tanger Outlet Mall, zoo, putt-putt golf, go carts, Dauphin Island Ferry, Historic Fort Morgan and so much more!

Note: We, the owners, self manage and clean this unit. Every surface is thoroughly cleaned between each rental, as well as fresh, clean bed sheets AND comforters.

We require a photo of your drivers license and a completed rental agreement upon booking.

Exactly what we needed!

We literally could’ve eaten off the floor it was so clean! An older complex, but it was renovated so nicely with a very cozy, homey feel. The bed was oh-so-comfortable and perfect for me and my husband. Short walk to the beach and pool. They even had a restaurant/bar attached to the complex that served great food and even frozen drinks. We booked two days before the trip (just needed to get away!), and we were taken care of as if we booked a year in advance. We will absolutely be booking again next summer!

Great vacation!

Absolute best beach vacation the wife and I have had in a very long time. Our only mark against was the fire alarm going off 3 times Friday morning at 1:00, 3:00 and approx 4:00 AM. Climbing down 5 floors at those hours was not fun!!! Turns out it was a glitch in the alarm system......it's all good! Will come back to this unit again next year we hope!

Amazing condo, will definitely be back!

We made the drive from NC to Gulf Shores, AL. This was our first trip to Alabama so I was a little nervous about making sure I got in a good area. I spoke with the property owner and she assured me this was a family friendly area! It absolutely was! The walk to the beach was short and easy, the pools were fantastic and we met many people there from all across the US! We felt very safe the entire time. The property was immaculate, just as describe in many other reviews! The decor was beautiful and the view from the balcony was great as well. We had zero complaints. The pillows were the best pillows I’ve ever slept on! The drive was long but worth it. We will definitely be going back!

Perfectly Adorable and Spotless Beach Hideaway

From beginning to end, communication with the property owner was prompt, professional, kind, and helpful! By far the most immaculately clean condo I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve been traveling along the Gulf Coast region for nearly 20 years. Access to the beach was a breeze, and the view from the balcony was perfect, especially when a pop up storm rolled in. I will definitely be back!

Anniversary Trip

We stayed for 4 Nights. Everything was as we had hoped. We would up taking a grandchild. Plenty to keep them busy. Condo was very clean and a great view. Just carry you some supplies food, drink etc. You’ll be good to go. Kayde was a great host and easy to communicate with. We will return.

Wonderful unit!

Perfect size for 2 adults, super clean, wonderful beach views, all necessary items readily available in the unit. We loved having a keypad entry instead of a physical key or key card (one less thing to keep up with!) Wished the TV in the room had been a Smart TV so we could have had Netflix or Hulu in the evening when we were tired from the beach. Check-in was simple. All instructions were clearly provided via email from the host. Although there is no front desk reception at the property, there is ample security on site. The property is clean, well-kept, and properly lit in the evening. We felt safe. There also vending machines on site that contained small toiletry items in case any had been forgotten (deodorant, toothbrush, etc). The only thing I want to bring to the attention of future renters is the location. It was absolutely a beachside unit with beach views. However, note that it is about 20+ mins to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for restaurants and activities. We personally loved the location given that we could visit Gulf Shores Public Beach or other activities “in town”, then head back to our unit. It was wonderful to still have the beach view and a place to eat on the property, but if you aren’t prepared to travel at least once a day for a different food option this may not be the unit for you. We ate about one meal each day of our week stay at the Sassy Bass Restaurant downstairs - highly recommend for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! There is a gas station and a Dollar General about 5-10 minutes from the unit towards Gulf Shores if you just needed to grab snacks or things like that. The host was very informative and always available for communication if we had questions. She was so friendly and gave us peace of mind with the unit. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.
