Welcome to Villa Etoile!

Come and discover Marseille at the foot of the hills in our haven of peace.

The accommodation located in our villa is composed of:
- a spacious bedroom equipped with a king-size bed (width 180 cm) and a large closet
- a living-dining room with a sofa bed with a width of 160 cm
- an independent kitchen, with 4 induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, pod machine, Tassimo type, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave oven
- Separate toilet

You can relax on the terrace, not overlooked, equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi (in season) are shared. They are shared with the owners in a friendly and mutual respect. Children can only go there under your supervision.

A swing and a pétanque court are also available.
Ideal accommodation for visiting the Phocaean city with your family or couple, parties are forbidden.
Maximum 4 adults can stay there. You cannot invite additional people on site.

During school holidays, we rent for a minimum of 5 days, outside school holidays at least 2 days.
Parking on site.

The Villa Etoile is located on the heights, in the 13th arrondissement of Marseille, in Château Gombert, stairs lead to the accommodation.
You can go for a hike in the Etoile massif right next to the villa, nestled in a quiet area surrounded by nature.

You will be 20 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue, 20 minutes from the city center of Marseille, 30 minutes from Aix en Provence, 10 minutes from the village of Allauch, 20 minutes from the Velodrome stadium, 20 minutes from the first creeks.

Come and listen to the cicadas, watch the salamanders run in our beautiful garden, planted with olive, almond and palm trees.
Enjoy the peace and quiet as you watch Marseille fall asleep thanks to the unobstructed view.

Beautiful property on the outskirts of Marseille

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed. We were also free to use the lovely pool and jacuzzi which was great, particularly with the lovely Marseille weather. Guillame was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had. It is a bit far out of the centre of Marseille and not much around the area so easier if you have a car but doable via the metro and bus, which are pretty reliable, as long as you leave yourself enough time and are willing to walk.

Vacation in Marseille

The apartment was well cleaned, nice interior. A lot of kitchen tools. The apartment was in the cellar of the house and humidity without air handling gives an unpleasant smell. The toilet is totally without extract air. The double bed was terrible for a married couple, two separate beds with a big gap. The terrible bed is the biggest reason not to recommend this place. A small detail is that the tv was old, and without possibility to connect an IPhone etc.

Bonjour Tomas, Ce n’est pas très élégant de votre part de vous venger par une appréciation malhonnête du fait qu’on vous a refusé ce que vous avez demandé de manière harcelante. ABRITEL pourra voir vos messages sur l’application où vous insistez pour nous joindre directement afin de ne pas réserver par l’application et prolonger le séjour pour qu’on baisse le prix. Vous auriez pu nous dire que vous n’étiez pas satisfaits quand vous étiez présents mais vous nous avez dit que tout allez bien, avec de grands sourires. Heureusement que les voyageurs peuvent voir les autres commentaires. Quel dommage de se comporter ainsi. Si vous espériez nous faire du mal je suis désolé pour vous, nous rencontrons tellement de vacanciers sympathiques que vous ne gâcherez pas notre enthousiasme à poursuivre de louer de temps en temps cet appartement conçu pour recevoir notre famille.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Hosts vor und während unserer Reise - Super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage abseits des Großstadttrubels. 2 große Schaukeln im großen Garten, super schöner Pool und Jacuzzi mit mega Ausblick, auch unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet und sauber. Man wohnt in einer Einliegerwohnung auf dem Grundstück, hat aber trotzdem seinen geschützten privaten Bereich und eigene Terrasse mit Ausblick über die Stadt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Pool & Jacuzzi, den man mitnenutzen darf. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend :) Einziger Nachteil war, dass wir kein Auto hatten, und so der Weg zum Einkaufen/ In die Stadt sich doch etwas zieht. Ansonsten aber wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

sehr freundliche Vermieter, umfassende Einweisung beim Checkin - zusätzlich wäre das Angebot von W-Lan wünschenswert Wir haben den Pool und den Wirlpool sehr genossen! Ein zusätzliches Highlight war der Bouleplatz auf dem Gelände. Und wir waren nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs, was in Marseille sehr entlastend ist und super funktioniert. Vielen lieben Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe séjour à Marseille

A 20 minutes du Vieux Port cet hébergement est haut en qualité, tant par son emplacement qui permet de s’éloigner un peu du tumulte de la ville tout en étant proche (accès en voiture et transports en communs) que par ses propriétaires disponibles accueillants et de bons conseils pour les visites.

Endroit magnifique, au calme mais il y a tout à proximité, boulangerie, supermarché, restaurant. Le logement est très bien équipé il y a tout ce qu'il faut et c'est très propre. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse remarquable et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir
