Charming Cottage in Loire Valley Vineyards with Modern Comfort and Garden Access

Located in the heart of the Layon vineyards, in the charming village of Aubigné-sur-Layon, the "Grappe d'Or" gîte immerses you in the Loire Valley's winemaking heritage, where you can discover its many appellations (Coteaux du Layon, Rosé de Loire, Bonnezeaux, etc.).

The gîte features a large, bright living room with a comfortable lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, etc.). A ground-level bedroom has a 140cmx190cm double bed and a small mezzanine (7m²) with two 90cmx190cm beds and one 90cmx190cm pull-out bed.

On the ground floor, there are two bathrooms with walk-in showers. :
One with a walk-in shower and the other with a walk-in shower and toilet.
A laundry room and toilet are also located on the ground floor.

Above the living room, the mezzanine offers:
- a sleeping area with a 140cm x 190cm double bed in the alcove, separated by a screen.
- a relaxation/reading area that can be used as additional sleeping accommodations (140cm x 190cm bed + a 2 x 90cm x 190cm trundle bed).
The mezzanine does not have shutters, but rather blackout blinds.

On the garden side, you have access to a veranda as well as a small studio with a 140cm x 190cm bed, shower, sink, and toilet.

In summer, you can enjoy the private terrace and its garden furniture, accessible from the living room. You also have access to the owners' garden from the veranda to enjoy the view of the surrounding vineyards, meet the goats, and admire the landscaped pond and its fish.

The building has been completely renovated for your comfort, and a programmable pellet stove with heat distribution throughout the accommodation ensures a pleasant temperature all year round.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
Baby equipment is available (bouncer, chair, changing table, bathtub, bed). Wi-Fi and utilities are included.

Located 1 hour from Puy du Fou and about 30 minutes from the banks of the Loire and Saumur, the cottage allows you to discover the great treasures of Anjou: Loire châteaux, wine cellars, villages along the Loire, troglodyte sites, and more. Four adult bicycles are available to explore the roads of the Layon Valley. Depending on the owners' availability, arrival and departure times are flexible.
