Size of the property the responsiveness of the owner and the understanding of the owners when we notified them of issues with the property - none of which impacted our group of 19 enjoying the trip. I would just say some of the additional amenities paid for should have been included once the spend level gets above a certain threshold and the price per person over a certain limit should be reduced or eliminated when you are advertising it is for large groups. Overall I would rent the property again for a large group and from the owners again.

Robins is a very good host responds right away before during and after your stay with whatever it is you need or have questions about. This was our second time staying here and once again had a great time and loved the property and all of its new updates .

We had a great overall stay and would absolutely recommend this property, especially for larger groups. The home was the perfect size for our group (25), with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made the stay very comfortable. The location was a major plus—close to shopping, nightlife, and a grocery store, making it easy to plan outings and excursions.Communication with the host was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. Linens and towels were clean and plentiful, and the outdoor areas—including the pool, hot tub, and sports courts—were well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, which we really appreciated.There were a few minor housekeeping and maintenance items worth noting: the floors and countertops were not fully cleaned upon arrival, the dishwasher was not functioning during our stay, the kitchen knives could use sharpening, and we ran out of toilet paper fairly quickly with only one extra roll per bathroom provided. These were inconveniences but did not take away from an otherwise very positive experience.Overall, this is a solid property with great amenities and location. With a few small improvements, it would be exceptional. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Great for big family fun!

This was perfect for our family reunion! Lots of bedrooms and lots of fun things to do...pool, hot tub, basketball, cornhole! Large kitchen and table for playing games! Everything was very clean! It's also a great location... close to grocery stores and restaurants! We all had a great time!

We spent a week with our entire family, 18 of us. The space was very comfortable for all, the amenities were awesome, the kids loved them. The staff was very responsive. Highly recommend this property and these owners.

This place is amazing!!

Clean, spacious, comfortable, tasteful and full of amenities. Beds were great, place was immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were perfect temp (which is an extra extra, but very worth it). The communication was lightning fast and very clear. We WILL be back.

Place was perfect for a large group

The property was awesome for a large gathering. Accommodated our large group perfectly. The backyard was a great place to hangout as well. The communication with the property manager started off great but then closer to our check in date it got “suspect” in some of the things he was saying. But overall I’d recommend a group staying here.

Yes the two million dollar estate professionally designed and built as a vacation rental estate is awesome. Truly one of the best in the world for a larger group with amenities found in some of the finest resorts in the world. Your large group was too young for the caliber of estate. Leaving all your garbage in the house instead of taking a minute to find one of the 7 garbage cans was truly unique. We do have to be a little selective of our young group abusing the rules, damaging our homes and over packing them to maintain their budget. Robin

Perfect for our large bachelor party

This house was everything we could have wanted for our bachelor party of 16 guys! So many comfortable beds, great indoor and outdoor space for hanging out. Amazing pool hot tub and chill area. Robin and staff were super helpful and responsive and the minor issues we flagged were dealt with promptly and professionally. Would definitely stay here again!

Great space for our retreat!

We booked this house and the one next door to house nonprofit staff and board for a working retreat. Everything was perfect! Plenty of space for each person to have their own time and plenty of options for group work. Having everyone nearby saved time and money for our org. Thank you for a great place to continue our work and team building!

Perfect home base for AZ

We booked this for an AZ golf retreat and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, the inside and outside areas looked exactly as they were shown in the pictures. It was A+ all around and a great place to relax and enjoy our downtime between activities. Great layout of space and huge kitchen. We had a large party and Everyone slept comfortably and the outdoor setup was just what we needed. Will look to stay again

Perfect for a Large Family

We were a large family of adults and children of all ages. There was "something for everyone". The entertainment features were just as described and there was enough room for everyone without our feeling crowded. The amenities were plentiful. The host was very communicative and easy to contact if we needed her. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic for Big Groups

This place was perfect for big groups. We had a big party and everyone was able to sleep comfortably in their own bed. All the Tv's were equipped with ROKU's so we can watch the big game. The pool was clean and the sports equipment available were an excellent touch. The basketball court and the pickleball court were nicer in pictures. it was hard to play with the close proximity walls. There were no extra speakers so you'll have to bring your own. Overall the backyard was the perfect space to kick back and entertain. The kitchen was mostly stocked with all the essentials equipment. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Ideal house for hosting a large group!

We had a group of 22 visiting Phoenix/Scottsdale. Not once did we feel crowded or uncomfortable due to lack of space or accommodations. Plenty of sleeping room, bathrooms, and large common areas to relax and unwind. The owners checked in with us leading up to the stay and during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. The house is also conveniently located near coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. Highly recommend for large groups.

Perfect house for large groups

Property was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Check in and checkout was great. Had a problem with one of the remotes and robin got back to us right away. We never left the house . Definitely recommend if in this area and have a large group .

Stag

We went for 3 nights for a stag with 13 guys and it suited our needs very well. The yard isn’t quite as big as it seems in the photos but still more than enough space. The main indoor area was actually bigger than what I expected from the pictures. If you’re not looking for something overly fancy, but just want lots of comfortable sleeping space, places to sit and bathrooms/showers, this place is ideal.

Hey Murray Thanks for the amazing 5 star review. Glad you like the spacious estate and 28,000 foot property (about 6 times bigger than most in Scottsdale). I just built the 2 million dollar estate and as a custom home builder for homes that are 6-8 million dollars. The only difference might be the appliance package but I’m not putting a two hundred thousand dollar appliances in a vacation rental. Unfortunately many guests are not as respectful as your group.
