Quiet and Serene Condo in Branson

Escape to the serine community of Holiday Hills just a few minutes from Branson. Enjoy the community with several outdoor pools while you take in the sights of the Ozarks. Condo features a large master suite with a king bed and a second suite with a queen bed. The back patio is quiet as you take in the sounds of the forest behind you.

The condo is a walk down unit on the lower level with a walkout to the quiet forest from the back patio.

Condo is located in the beautiful gated Holiday Hills.

Quiet golfing subdivision with a restaurant, outdoor pools, tennis courts and so much more!

Plenty of parking in front of condo.

There is one flight of stairs down to unit.

Nice and quiet

Stayed for 7 weeks. Great location. Felt secluded looking out into trees. Place is older and needs some upkeep (patch places where decor has been removed). Keurig went out and owner replaced it the same day. Great communication.

Nice location

Location of condo is great...... Queen size bed HORRIBLE. Huge lump on one side made it impossible to not roll to middle of bed. King size bed squeaked unmercifully with the smallest of movement. Not much sleep from either bed was had. Owner may need to consider replacing beds. Central heating only heated living area. Windows in master bedroom let air in. No elevator to get to condo. Had 4 huge suitcases to tote up and down. Not conducive for 70 and 80 year old folks.

Cozy and Clean

We had a good stay. Enjoyed the space. It was clean and comfortable. The tenate above us was a little loud and had a dog barking...other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Fell a little short on expectations

Location is great! Check in is good. Floor plan is good. Greenbelt is nice. Close amenities are convenient. The dissatisfaction is….. construction on the stairs INFRONT of the door was very loud waking everyone up early and had to walk around a construction zone to use different set of stairs further away….. I would have chosen a different place to stay if I had been told before hand about this!!! The floors were not clean, there were a few spiders and bugs on the walls, there was blanket left in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher from the previous renters.

Great Stay

The property was nice, clean and spacious. Loved the setup of the condo and the fireplace (electric) was a very nice touch. The kids had fun at the pool and it was a great stay. We will definitely rebook in the future!!

Nice place

Property was nice. Neighbors are quiet. Had an issue at check-in of not having the right door code. The issue was my fault for not checking all my emails. I called the property manager after normal business hours and got a quick response (3 minutes) and got the right code. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

The unit was so clean and maintained. The area was close to our activities and peaceful. So glad we stayed here would 100% recommend!

Weekend getaway

We were originally sent the wrong link for the address so we ended up by Silver Dollar City instead of Branson Landing. After we were sent the right address we found the place with no difficulty! Such a cute stay and in the perfect area! We loved how everything we wanted to do was at the most 15 minutes away! The place itself was a little older but had comfy furniture and spacious shower and bathroom in the master bedroom! Definitely would stay here again!

Family vacation

We had a great experience here. Super easy check in/ out process and condo was in a good location near pool and tennis courts. We really enjoyed the open space of the condo as well. Overall better than other places we have stayed.

Softball stay

Great location for our tournament, pools were convenient too! Condo was very cozy and we loved the animals that visited our patio at night!

Condo was nice...

The Condo itself was nice, not as clean as you would expect. The Property could use some work. The outdoor swim pool was very small and not clean, nor was the area around it. The Gazebo was very run down. It had rained the evening before and the pool was full of debris. No one ever cleaned it up. There were lots of cobwebs everywhere. The Condo was nice but the furniture, like couch and loveseat could use a good cleaning. The bedding was nice and clean. I don't think it was so much the condo but the condition of the property itself was run down.

Great place for friend and family trips!

Easy check in and out process. No problems with the property at all! This was a girls trip but will be back with my family next time.

Overall stay was very nice. Parking in front of building can get crowded and was hard to get space in front of the building when we got there. Was able to rest of the stay though. TV in living room has closed caption on and could not figure out how to turn it off. When the dishwasher door was fully open and you slide out the trays to load, the whole dishwasher would tip forward. It needs to be attached/reattached to the counter top/cabinet.

Very nice

Very nice condo, had everything we needed. Only complaint is the steps. Says on the description that it is ground level but that's on the back. The front is down a flight of steps. Otherwise very nice, would definitely rent again

Exactly what we were looking for!

Totally Happy

We truly enjoyed are stay. It’s location was perfect for our visit to Branson. We found none of the problems others had mentioned so believe owner has addressed all issues. Unit was clean and very comfortable. We did have a problem with gate code but owner was quick to answer and solved the problem. It is basement level so there are stairs not ground walk in. Plan to return soon! Highly recommend!
