The standout feature is year-round fun: the Foothills community offers a heated indoor pool and hot tub, plus an outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center, and spacious clubhouse. Whatever the weather, there's always a place to swim, unwind, or spend time together.

First of all, our Host was excellent. He assisted in our date changes and also with any issues we had while we were there, Upon arrival we discovered dirty towels in the washing machine so we had to wash them right away. We called our Host on a minor bathroom issue and he had a maintenance man there within an hour and the issue was resolved. After wearing socks the first day we discovered the floors were very dirty. The kitchen was well equipped with paper products and cooking utinsels and supplies. We enjoyed the layout and had plenty of room for puzzles and games. We would gladly work with our Host again on future bookings. Over all the inconveniences were minor.

Was a great stay, hope to book again… beds were comfortable. Hot tub wasn’t very hot but the steam room was great. Hot tub really isn’t for older adults especially with having had a knee surgery.. difficult to get in and out of.

Peefect location

The property is perfectly situated in the middle of Branson. And having the entrance street level was so helpful for my 92 year old dad. We would definitely stay here again.
