Great place for great price.

We needed a place for a couple of weeks and saw this place. I believe it is brand new. It was really, really nice. Communication with the owner was simple and they were very responsive.

Gorgeous Perfect Place

Mila was the best host, her place is excellent. It’s a three story Townhome with a two car garage, so nice on these cold snowy days. Everything is new with quality appliances and everything you need to make your own meals and containers for the leftovers. The beds were soooo comfortable and clean. They provided snacks, coffee, soda, water, soap, shampoo, TP, paper towels etc. such a Plus. Shopping and dining are within walking distance, yet, very quiet. There are a few parking places right outside the townhome but they are hit and miss if you have a guest coming to visit. Mila responds to texts very quickly and I believe she is the owner, another plus. We are very glad we rented this place.

Best VRBO property and Experience we’ve ever had

We stayed for 3 weeks at this property. The location is fantastic with so many restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The property is immaculate. It felt brand new and like we were the first ones to ever stay there. Everything is upgraded and top notch. This is not some cheesy low end TownHome. The communication was flawless and more prompt and helpful than we have ever experienced. We’re very experienced VRBO users and have stayed in many, many, many properties around the US and world, for over many years. Hands down, not even close, this is the best experience and property we’ve ever had. Every detail is considered. If your looking for a place in Northern Utah, don’t even consider another property. The owner provided a lot of extra touches. We just can’t say enough good in this post to do the property justice. Even the Laundry Machines were stocked and extremely high end....who does that for a rental? There’s not a 20 item checkout checklist, like so many properties have, etc. We’ll be back for sure, next time we’re in Utah.
