Quaint and comfortable studio located on a private, gated, riverfront property.

The Last Resort is a quaint and comfortable studio lodging directly next door to our Inn. It is outfitted with all of the basic comforts of home to make it an enjoyable place to reside for your trip to the area. Since it is a studio style living space, the beds and the kitchen/dining area all occupy the same general area. The bathroom is separate and private. All basic cookware and utensils are provided along with a coffee maker *Note: we do not provide the coffee. Locally roasted coffee in town.

Great spot on the bluff

A Peaceful Slice of Heaven

Couldn’t have found a nicer place to visit with family for a few days. Centrally located for a quick trip up to BC, as well as beautiful drives in any direction. The highlight of the property is the view of the river from the deck and the wonderful hospitality. Would refer it to anyone visiting the area.

Great people and great place

This is a small family ran establishment and the hosts couldn’t be nicer people. The setting on the Columbia river is one of a kind and Nina’s gardens are about as impressive as they get. This is set up well for fishermen as well as families wanting some additional amenities that aren’t found in a tent.

Great time to unwind

What a great property to unplug and unwind at! Super sweet family that gave you space at their home but were available to give support and recommendations as needed. The property was so beautiful and well taken care of.

Who goes to Northport?

Northport, northeast corner of Washington is remote, beautiful and Art and his wife’s property is second to none. The grounds are are beautiful and the “Lost Resort” is charming and very comfortable. I have dogs, they, too, were made welcome.

Stayed for a girls weekend away. It was so very relaxing and quiet. Cabin was clean and very cute. We would return.

A Great Hideaway!!!

This was such a beautiful place to stay and visit with family near Northport, Wa. The Hosts of Lazy Daze Retreats were wonderful and so pleasant to talk with. From the smallest like the hummingbirds to turkeys and deer. The views of the Columbia River are unbelievable . You have to see for yourself! Mr. and Mrs. A.

As a guest of The Last Resort Studio, you have quick access to the Columbia River for recreation activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or just swimming! You also have access to a private dock to dock your boat up during your stay. There is an outside gas bbq for your exclusive use as well as a shared deck area next to our Upper Columbia Inn (next door) to enjoy a meal, morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Whether you're here to visit family, take a family trip, go hunting or fishing or maybe up here to work, this is a great option for those who want to be off the beaten path.
