A spacious 40' RV with a high celing located in a rural part of Anacortes, 10 minutes from the San Jaun Ferries, 5 minutes from Beautiful Rosario Beach, and situated on a small working farm. Across the street you can enjoy ocean views from our back yard which is shared by guests of our other 2 units. The interior of the RV is very spacious with two large slides in the main living area. The kitchen even has an island with counters and sink. It is in great condition, but it is worn in a few places which is easily overlooked due to the overall beauty of the interior. ALL of the beds are comfortable. There is one ROKU TV in the living room (later, once funds allow, we will add another in the bed room).

We have added an on demand water heater in addition to a 6 gallon tank which together provides continuous and unlimited hot water.

We provide an area where a campfires is permitted so bring your marshmallows.

Being an RV it takes a little more care and patience to occupy it than it would living in a traditional home or apartment, but we will provide you the details necessary to be comfortable during your stay. One of the upsides to this, if there was ever a power outage, the RV can still operate mostly like normal with lights, cooking, heating, and hot water all still available.

The RV is located on a working farm, thus there will be other people around during the day. We have an electric fence on 3 sides of the property, CHILDREN BEWARE!
