The building is an old townhouse divided into two apartments. Double glazing and sound insulation ensure real tranquility. The first bedroom has a large Queen size bed (160*200) with a smart TV and a dressing table.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a large dressing room at your disposal so that you can store all your belongings.
The two bedrooms are adjoined.
The sofa in the living room is convertible for one person.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
The bed and cleaning are done before your arrival, all household linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels and dish towels.
In the living room you have a programmable pellet stove. Its maintenance and filling will be done by us.



The apartments we put on Airbnb are not party places. Don't forget that the neighborhood lives there all year round and likes its tranquility. In order to respect the neighborhood, please don't shout, don't turn on the music too loud, don't slam the doors and be quiet in the hallway.
It is also very important to stop all noise pollution after 10 p.m.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.
Access to the apartment is reserved ONLY for the people mentioned on the reservation (unless previously agreed by us, failure to comply with this rule ends the reservation immediately)
