Superb villa of 2022 composed of 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate 10 people with indoor swimming pool heated all year round at 29°C. Beaches and shops on foot.

In the heart of the pretty port of Portsall, villa K10 is ideally located.

Close to shops: café, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, electrical terminal, bike rental.

Surrounded by beautiful white sand beaches (the nearest is 300 meters away) there are many water activities: water sports centre, fishing, diving, along the coast, etc...

The GR34 is nearby, ideal for walkers, photographers and thinkers.

The coastline of Ploudalmézeau is made up of rocks, dunes, but above all fine sandy beaches ideal for swimming, fishing on foot, resting...

With its 220 m2, this spacious villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Built in 2021, it benefits from very good services for your greatest comfort and offers:

On the ground floor:

- a beautiful bright living room of 60 m² with open kitchen,

- living room and lounge opening onto the terrace with a view of the port and the Guilliguy

- a master suite with private shower room and WC.

- a swimming pool of 7m by 3.5m with safety curtain.

Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful coastline and an exceptional house with an attentive host. Warm swimming pool suitable for kids and brilliant location near the port and beaches. The views are stunning … plenty to see and do for all.

Fantastic stay with closeness to great nature and sights

We had a fantastic stay at Sylvaine’s. The house is impeccable and the indoor pool is warm and big. Portsall is apretty village with a few restaurants and a bakery. Highly recommend stayibg here especially with smaller children!

Great house

A wonderful house in a great location. We only used the downstairs as there were only 2 of us with our dog but there would have been plenty of space for a family. The documentation provided for the house appliances was excellent. Perhaps somewhere to dry wet items would have been useful in varied weather! It might have been us but we only found a few TV stations were available. We enjoyed the area greatly

Propreté, espace piscine, décoration, agencement.La villa est proche du port, des petits commerces de proximité.Située dans près du GR 34 avec des paysages magnifiques.Sylvaine est une hôte au top, à l'écoute et arrangeante.La meilleure de nos locations.Tout a été très bien pensé.Rien à redire.Je recommande à 200%.

Sehr schöne und sehr gepflegte Unterkunft!Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!Zusatzinformationen:Die Betten haben recht feste Matrazen, aber das ist natürlich persönliche Geschmackssache.Vor dem Anwesen befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz, das ist das einzige, was die Aussicht etwas stört.

Perfektes Haus mit tollem Pool (abschließbar). Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Bäckerei, Fischgeschäft, kleiner Supermarkt und Bars in direkter Nähe. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns bei Anreise gute Tipps gegeben hat.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt

Sehr schön/gemütlich eingerichtetes, großzügiges (sehr sauberes) Haus - mit großer Terrasse und Gartenbereich. Ausreichende Ausstattung (in Küche und Waschmaschine/Trockner vorhanden). Schöner Pool. Portsall ist ein netter Ort mit Bäckerei, Fischgeschäft und ein paar Lokalen. Schöner Küstenabschnitt zum Spazieren, Joggen ... Herzlicher Empfang mit selbst gebackenen Crepes. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Quinze jours exceptionnels

Une maison hyper bien pensée, propre, où il ne manque rien. Un accueil chaleureux Sylvaine nous attendait avec des cadeaux délicieux dans le frigo. La piscine est exceptionnelle hyper propre à température parfaite. La maison est située à quelques mètres du port. Un lieu magique. Nous reviendrons dans ce lieu paradisiaque et dans cette maison si accueillante .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa de haut standing, proche de l'océan, la literie est d'un confort incroyable et la piscine un vrai plus. Sans oublier la propriétaire qui nous a très bien accueillie, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse (merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue). Si nous revenons dans le coin, nous reviendrons 😊

Nous souhaitions découvrir la partie sauvage de la Bretagne et nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette villa d’exception : de l’espace, une décoration raffinée, un ameublement pratique et confortable, des équipements au top et une vaisselle irréprochable. Sans parler de la piscine intérieure… le rêve ! L’accueil est chaleureux, comme une annonce à un séjour exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons ! C’est déjà prévu !

Magnifique villa, nous reviendrons

Nous venons de passer 1 semaine de vacances entre amis dans cette magnifique villa. Tout était parfait. La villa est magnifique décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien entretenue, la piscine au TOP, chambres spacieuses, grand salon, belle cuisine bien équipée. Le coin est très joli avec de belle balade à faire. Commerces (proxy, boulangerie) accessible à pieds. Vous serez très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui est adorable. Merci à elle pour son accueil et ses petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
