This home boasts a 55" HD Smart TV in a spacious first floor living room with a comfy sectional and hi-top. Hi-speed internet is available at no charge for the total game-day experience whether the game is home or away! Serve up all your game-day food in the galley kitchen, with a full-size fridge, microwave, gas oven and cooktop. The back patio features a gas grill, and a fire pit with seating. A first floor bedroom has its own 42" TV, king-size bed and bath. Two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and vanity sinks share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch swing or on the upstairs balcony. The Bullagio comfortably sleeps 6, and two inflatable beds in the closets will accommodate two more. One block from the post-game nightlife, two blocks from the Little Dooey, and three blocks gets you downtown or on campus.

Location Can't Be Beat!

This was a wonderful property just blocks from the district. Very cozy and close to everything! We walked to restaurants and had a great stay!

Perfect place to stay for a game weekend. Walkable to so many great spots. House was great and had plenty of room. Owners were extremely helpful when I had questions and responsive very quickly. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Awesome house!

We were pleasantly surprised with this gem! It was nice, clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The check out requests were very reasonable and simple to do. The owner was quickly responsive to my texts. To find it on maps, put in 104 S. Nash St even though the street sign is Goodman Place. We will be back!

Will not stay there again.

The property manager didn’t send us a code to enter the property. We were left sitting outside of the house for sometime before successfully communicating with the property manager. Once inside, the house was filthy. The house smells awful. The downstairs a/c doesn’t work and it was 99 degrees both days. The flooring and carpet was disgusting. There were dead roaches, stains and debris in all rooms. The refrigerator was so dirty we wouldn’t even use it. The back porch was so dirty, we couldn’t use that either.

The guest paid promptly and was courteous on by phone and by text. There was a 4 minute delay between arrival and receiving the access code and further instructions. I invited her to communicate any further concerns to me by text or by phone and she agreed, and I received no further communications for the duration of her stay. So I was surprised to read this review after such a courteous exchange. My interactions with the person who spoke to me on the phone were pleasant and I would gladly rent to that person again.

MSU Baseball Super Regional

This House was perfect for our weekend trip. It had everything we needed and more. This house is just a short walk to the Cotton District and a 10 to 15 minute walk to campus. I highly recommend this property to anyone. The property owner was great to work with as well. My family and I will be looking to stay here again in the future.
