Suburban Retreat at the Foot of the Rockies: Sleeps 24+

The perfect space for a family reunion, corporate retreat or traveling team! There are beds for up to 24 guests, 10 air matresses available with lots of floor space and plenty of couches if you want to get creative :). The house is in a quiet neighborhood less than 5 minutes from Lagoon Amusement Park, Station Park shopping center, 15 minutes from downtown SLC, right at the base of the Rockies... there is enough to keep you entertained for weeks during any season!

Great place for a large group. Close to the expressway to access all area ski resorts.

Great local stay !

We celebrated our wedding reception here . We loved the great room with its high ceilings, there are so many bedrooms and the kitchen was accommodating. Check in was a breeze , we lost a sentimental piece of jewelry and the owner was very kind and helped to try to locate it . That said , the carpet was dirty and the driveway was a lot smaller than we expected but these were fairly trivial. Great neighborhood, enjoyed our stay .

Great large house

The house was large and had 11 bedrooms. It was great for our family. The gathering areas were also large and met our family's need wonderfully. We were able to contact the owner with any concerns we had and they were very responsive.

Wonderful place, great hosts

This place is beautiful; the beds are comfortable, and the common areas are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cookware, and utensils for large groups. The hosts are gracious and helpful.

Property was clean and very spacious. As we were there to go to Lagoon, the location was perfect. Kids and grandkids had a great time. Will stay again if we get the chance.

Will stay again!

This home is beautiful, big, well organized, conveniently located, well stocked and comfortable. The master suite was delightful and we had everything we needed in the kitchen upstairs, but there was also a kitchen downstairs. I could see a big family reunion loving this home.

Amazing Home

This house was absolutely perfect for iur family we have done this every year for over 30 years. This is our favorite house ever. This year was our 2nd stay and we already have it booked for next season. Amazing host's.

Fun for a youth geoup

We found the space perfect for a youth group, the house was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was plenty of room and things to keep kids entertained.

Amazing gather space

Neilson Family Christmas party.

Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed everything to do with it. Our favorite was the great room. We alll mingled together, , ate together and played games together!! Loved your home. The price was a little more than we usually pay. But you have a beautiful home and it was perfect for our needs.

Great Family Time

This was a wonderful property for our family reunion. It was clean, spacious, and in a great neighborhood. There is a little playground and public pool right across the street. We were very happy with our experience here. The only issue we found is that is shows more bunk beds in the rooms then there is actually is? Lots of blow up beds so it was no problem. Has lots of extra things that provide for a big group. Thanks to the host!!!

Spacious with so many bedrooms and bathrooms

The great room, all the bedrooms, and all the bathrooms worked really well for us. The great room is where we spent most of the time, and there are extra tables and chairs stored just off the great room. It doesn't have a large number of dinnerware, but it has a good supply of cookware. There isn't a large lawn space, but it is enough for lawn games. There is quite a bit of off-street parking. The owners were very good about communicating. I would have no reservations about staying there again.

Spacious and comfortable. Wonderful home for our family to celebrate Christmas together!

Finally, a place that has the perfect balance in accommodations for sleeping AND eating AND gathering! In all of my searching, most properties lack one of the three. The house was clean and comfortable. Not too fancy. We felt right at home. Our whole family loved it and want to return again. The Great Room has tons of space and comfortable seating. The kitchen was very well supplied, and spacious enough to add a table so all 18 of us could sit together for every meal. Having two ovens and fridges took so much stress out of meal and food management. Beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of king sizes, some queens and a few bunks. 2 laundry areas were very convenient. Lots of bathrooms so one was always available. The kids were never bored, having toys, pool table, Foosball table, tv's, and space to run. We enjoyed the location in a quiet, family neighborhood. Host was attentive and readily available.

Brooks Family Reunion

Impressed! As all the family showed up everyone was in awe as we gave them a tour and the options for what room to pick. We had 14 kids ranging from 1 to 13 years old, 15 adults and we never seemed to be overwhelmed with lack of space. Plenty of space to play multiple games blending distant relatives all able to be indoors. Meals were amazing due the fully stocked kitchen and the extra tables/chairs in the closet so we all were able sit at the same table. Outside area was great for grilling and corn hole tournaments. Neighborhood close to Lagoon, Boondocks and shopping. The great room was central to cozy nights catching up and ping pong matches. Truly built for a large group/family gathering. This being a centralized location for our family traveling from Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Colorado we truly appreciate the opportunity to stay at this location and begin the tradition of seeing all of our family under the same roof every year. We filled this home with laughter and love. Thank you. See you next year!

Spacious, comfortable, vacation home perfect for your next event or gathering

We had about 25 people staying in this home. It had 11 bedrooms but couldn’t even use them all because the space was so big. The beds were very comfortable. The ac worked amazingly which was surprising with how many people and how big the house is. It’s 5 mins to lagoon. 10 mins from many grocery stores, Dicks market famous bakery, and other local shopping. The backyard was quaint shaded and beautiful. The front yard was big enough for a large bouncy house/ water slide. They had all the kitchen appliances you could think you needed. 5 bathrooms some on every level. Everything was so convenient. The best part is that even though there are so many people it’s so big that you can still get some quietness and privacy in the many areas of the house. I love how they had folding tables and chairs for 40 people, multiple fridges and stoves made storing and making food very nice. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Any problem we a had the owners were responsive and helpful. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Once you walk in you’ll be blown away.

Wicked Time

Our family stayed in this home when we visited to see Wicked at the Eccles Theater. The house was perfect for our family of 18. Everyone had their own bed and space. The kids loved how much room they had to play. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.
