Round Pond Cape, ell & attached garage. 1 floor living. Galley kitchen, walnut counter tops, Monson slate sink , fully equipped. Bright open living /dining area, Rumford fireplace. Full bath, marble top sink, clawfoot tub & shower. 1 bedroom with queen size bed. Exposed hand hewn beams , beautiful woodwork , quality workmanship throughout. 1.5 acres, set back from a country road with south westerly views.
Village (1mile) with Round Pond Harbor, lobster docks, general store & shops Midcoast Maine, Muscongus Bay, Pemaquid Peninsula, 10 miles to Damariscotta Village.
House completed recently. Landscape in progress.
Would like to rent on a year round basis. $1600/mo plus utilities.
Will consider shorter terms . No smoking. So sorry; but no pets. If interested in year round, property can be furnished or unfurnished. 207 529 5852

I purchased an 1800 hand hewn post & beam home in Union , Maine. The house was dismantled & re erected on property in Round Pond. It has been a two year process with the house completed and landscape still ongoing. It is a wonderful little house set back from Morrison Road . 22' x 32' main floor living with a breezeway connecting to a 1 car garage. Best of old & new are combined in this home.

I think living in Round Pond offers so very much . You can walk to the Creek that feeds into Round Pond Harbor & swim when high tide. Picturesque Round Pond Harbor, a mile away, is access for boaters, dining pleasure at lobster docks & Anchor Restaurant.
Village has a general store, gift & antique shops, post office & churches. Musical entertainment in the summer months at King Row & Brown Church. Local hikes, kyack island trails, Pemaquid sandy beach & lighthouse plus fine dining in the area all makes this a wonderful area to live or visit.
