Sullivan Stone 34 is a spacious 1500 sq ft townhouse designed for memorable family getaways and pet-friendly adventures. It comfortably accommodates two families and offers true ski-in/ski-out access at Kimberley Alpine Resort.
Living Area:
Just off the kitchen, the large living area features comfortable seating and a cozy electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails.
Kitchen & Dining:
Prepare delicious meals in the large, fully-equipped kitchen, featuring elegant granite countertops and modern appliances. We provide everything you need for a seamless culinary experience, including:
Utensils, pots, pans
Coffee maker, blender, crockpot
Dishwasher
Bedrooms & Sleeping:
Our home offers three private bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces, all furnished with high-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
Upper Level: Primary suite with a queen bed, incredible mountain views, full ensuite bathroom, and dedicated desk space.
Main Level: Double pull-out couch in the living room.
Lower Level: Private bedroom with a queen bed.
Lower Level: Semi-private room with two bunk beds, plus an additional bunk bed in an adjacent bonus space (total of three bunk beds).
Bathrooms:
You'll find 2.5 bathrooms stocked with fresh towels, face cloths, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
Bathroom 1: Full ensuite on the upper level with a shower/bath combo.
