IN A BEAUTIFUL NORMAN-STYLE GUARDED RESIDENCE, ON THE 1ST FLOOR WITH ELEVATOR, A SURFACE AREA OF 30 M2 THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE 5 PEOPLE.
You are 2 km from the city center, you will take the longest seawall in Europe to reach the entertainment and shops.
The apartment offers: a living room (with a 140x190 sofa bed, a flat screen TV) opening onto a south-facing balcony, an independent kitchen (with a dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, a combined oven/microwave, a fridge), a hallway leading to a bedroom (with 1 140x190 bed + 1 90x190 bunk bed), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Pets are not allowed in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning €60, sheet kit (90x190: €20/ 140x190: €22/ 160x200: €25, (let us know a few days before arrival).
