Lovely villa, wonderful views, nice large pool, town/beach /station nearby.

The first thing we all said on arriving was that the photos we had seen didn't do this lovely house justice! The villa is a beautiful, well-equipped home, with an absolutely stunning view of Menton and the bay, and the town and beach a 15-20 minute walk down the hill. The main shopping street and old town are just a little further. We managed without a car: there are 6 buses a day in each direction, and an Uber if you need it (costs about 12 Euros from the station). In the 32 - 36 degree heat, the walk up the hill was taxing sometimes, so we really loved having the gorgeous pool (long enough to actually swim - about 8 - 9 metres), and the air con, which was a must. There were also two nice spots to eat outdoors - by the pool until midday, and on the fabulous balcony by night. Michele and Jean-Pierre were charming hosts, who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had a wonderful holiday in Menton, and would thoroughly recommend this lovely accommodation.

hôtes très gentils, panorama exceptionnel, maison agréable et très calme, grande piscine attenante, beau jardin et espace frais à l'ombre et bien sûr des espaces confort au soleil. cuisine bien équipée. accès à la plage en 15 minutes à pied (115 m de montée au retour). accès et parking adapté jusqu'au voitures de taille moyenne ou petite.

Un havre de paix

Une semaine hors du temps dans cette maison totalement conforme aux photos et à la description!! Un extérieur en Deux parties, une vue imprenable sur Menton, une table permettant de manger juste à côté de la piscine pour des petits plongeons. Aucun bruit à l’horizon, hormis les cigales qui nous accompagnaient tout au long de la journée. Rien à redire sur le lieu juste parfait. Attention toutefois à l’accès un peu étriqué de la rue en impasse et l’allée un peu serrée qui nous avaient été expliquées. Cela n’enlève en rien au charme de la maison où nous retournerons avec plaisir!

Toller Urlaub mit Schwachpunkten

Insgesamt entsprach das Objekt den Bildern. Der Kontakt mit Luciana war sehr gut. Sie hat als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort immer ihr Bestes gegeben. Einmalig war die Terrasse mit Blick auf Menton einschl. Sonnenauf- und Untergang. Für den Pool und die Außenanlagen hätten wir uns für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes in dieser Preisklasse eine tägliche Pflege gewünscht. Das Wasser im Pool wurde einmal grün, was aber durch den Einsatz Lucianas innerhalb eines Tages behoben wurde. Die Pflanzen mussten wir täglich gießen, sowie den Poolroboter täglich reinigen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus und die Unterstellmöglichkeit für unseren VAN waren indiskutabel. Die Zufahrt ist zu schmal, es gibt keine Wendemöglichkeit und die Garage ist zu niedrig. Die Parkgelegenheiten in der Nähe des Hauses sind sehr schwierig. Auch der Hinweis, auf einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz in Menton zu parken, naja, nicht sonderlich hilfreich. Hier hätten wir uns im Inserat einen klaren Hinweis erwartet. Mit einem Kleinwagen geht das sicherlich, aber wir sind zu fünft halt nicht im Kleinwagen angereist. Auch die im Inserat angegebenen Zeiten für Fußwege sind sehr optimistisch. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren erstklassig, insbesondere Massimo, wo wir jeden Abend waren. Auch der selbstgemachte Limocello war spitze. Insgesamt waren wir 2 Wochen hier. Der Garten mit Pool und schattigem Tisch mit Stühlen war das Highlight.

Bonjour monsieur,je crois que vous avez confondu location de maison et hôtel,vous avez visiblement apprécié ma maison,mes recommandations de resto et mon limoncello,mais vous vous attendiez à un pisciniste et un jardinier à demeure ,ce qui n’est pas le cas ds des montants comme celui ci. Vous reconnaissez que tous les problèmes ont été réglés très rapidement,grâce à Luciana,que vous n’avez pas épargnée pendant votre séjour. Pour ce qui est de la voiture ,il suffisait de me téléphoner au moment de l’annonce ,il n’y a pas beaucoup d’endroit à menton ou on peut laisser un Van .dans mon garage rentre une voiture type Peugeot 3008,merci pour votre conseil,je le mettrai dorénavant dans l’annonce

Magnifique villa et région

Séjour très agréable au sein d’une magnifique villa. Tout le nécessaire moderne. Piscine et abords splendides. Jardin méditerranéen très agréable. Terrasse avec vue sur Menton des plus belle au moment du petit déjeuner ou dîner. La climatisation est parfaitement fonctionnelle. Prévoir une petite voiture car l’accès est un peu juste notamment le retournement dans le garage. Mais c’est très accessoire.
