Charming studio for 3 people on the ground floor with private terrace in a seafront residence.
This studio includes: a living room (equipped with a 140x200 sofa bed) with open kitchen (with refrigerator, traditional oven, microwave and 2 hotplates) opening onto the terrace, a sleeping area (with 80x200 bed) and a bathroom with WC.
A private outdoor parking space is at your disposal.
Pets are not accepted in this accommodation.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 50€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival.

Les couverts sont un peu usés, les placards avec la vaisselle sont un peu trop haut pour moi...Pas de notice pour débloquer les plaques de cuisson...L'emplacement était très bien.

Déception

Logement humide, canapé lit inconfortable, espace très réduit, ne correspond pas à nos attentes. Pour récupération des clés, agence trop éloignée car nous étions à pied. Cet appartement est optimum pour une personne seule. Le côté positif, accès à la plage==>direct.

Le logement est vraiment petit mais bien équipé, en revanche la salle de bain mériterait une rénovation car son état laisse à désirer. En revanche l’accès mer a proximité était vraiment appréciable, très bien placé.

tres propre , logement pas evident a trouver , en cette saison ca va mais en ete se doit etre les uns sur les autres .tres propre et fonctionnel , aux pieds de la plage .
