On the edge of the forest and at the foot of the Lieure River, come enjoy a rejuvenating stay in our beautiful red-brick Norman farmhouse. Located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris and 4 km from Lyons-la-Forêt, our recently renovated home offers all the modern comforts while retaining its old-world charm. With 110m² of living space, this house is set in a large, lush, tree-lined garden where you’ll find outdoor tables, lounge chairs, and children’s play equipment (trampoline, swing, and slide).

A true countryside setting near Paris and Rouen, perfect for vacations or weekend getaways in the great outdoors.

THE PROPERTY:

The house is a typical single-story Norman farmhouse with 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed, ideal for a couple
- 1 bedroom (16 m²) with a double bed and a closet, also ideal for a couple (option to add 2 extra beds or a crib)
- 1 bedroom (10 m²) with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a closet, and a dressing table, ideal for 2 children or 2 adults.
In addition to these three bedrooms, you’ll enjoy a 40 m² double living room with a dining area featuring an extendable table that seats up to 10 people, a sideboard, and a coffee table with four children’s chairs. The living room area features two cozy sofas, a nesting coffee table, and a majestic fireplace.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen awaits you, perfect for preparing delicious meals.
After a wonderful day in the countryside, you can relax with a bath in our comfortable bathroom.
In addition to all this indoor space, you can enjoy an outdoor area of over 2,000 m². Our tree-lined garden lets you enjoy beautiful days while staying right at home:
- At the front of the house, facing due south, a table for four awaits you for breakfast. Two lounge chairs let you take naps in the sun.
- At the back of the house, you’ll find a table that seats 8 for sunny meals with friends or family. Two lounge chairs are perfect for relaxing after a meal. For children of all ages, a trampoline and a play structure with a slide and swing are available.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The house is located in an ideal setting perfect for bike rides and hikes of all kinds, thanks to its proximity to the Lyons-la-Forêt forest. This magnificent village, considered one of the most beautiful in France, is a must-see for its Norman charm and one of the highlights of the Lyons-Andelle Valley.

Lyons-Andelle offers everything you could want for a weekend in the countryside or a getaway in the Normandy countryside, just 100 km from Paris and 30 km from Rouen:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

When you rent our house, we provide the following for the duration of your stay:
- face towels,
- bath towels,
- bed linens,
- toilet paper,
- hand soap,
- dish soap,
- dish towels.
All of these items are provided, so you won’t have to worry about them when planning your stay.

In winter, a 15% surcharge will be applied to the nightly rate to cover additional energy costs (primarily heating oil).

The rate shown is based on 6 people (4 adults and 2 children staying free); any additional person (adults only) will incur an extra charge, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Please also let us know if you plan to use the fireplace, and we will inform you of the associated additional costs for firewood at that time.
