Charming village house in Chevrier (near Geneva)

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. Noise from airplanes is unfortunately present across the whole region due to the proximity of Geneva airport, and there is not much we can do about that. We are surprised to hear of noise issues from the neighbours, as this has never been an issue before in several years of living there ourselves and of renting it out to others. We are especially surprised that it was such an issue for you, because you offered to rent out the house for longer term of several months (albeit at a ridiculously low price). We are of course grateful that you cut the grass, but would like to point out that you did not "had to clean garden by myself", as we offered for a gardener to pass by, but you asked to do it yourself instead. Finally, we were a bit surprised to find the kitchen cupboards completely emptied out of all food, with the excuse of throwing out expired food. We don't think that everything in there was expired, although we cannot verify that because you left the empty packets in the kitchen with the dates cut off.
