Enjoy AMAZING VIEWS, sunrises and sunsets from the most private on-the-water property in South Cocoa Beach. Beautifully remodeled 4000+ sq ft 4 bedroom 3 bath home, on 1/2 acre, features 2 master suites, 2 separate living spaces (ideal for 2 families) and chef's kitchen. Separate downstairs area with mini bar and recreation room offers private retreat. Enjoy your favorite drinks on the beach, by the pool, on 1 of 3 decks, or in a hammock under the tree canopy. Relax. Perfect family getaway with toddlers, tween, and grandparents

This house was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and a literal paradise. We have been waiting so long to go to the beach with our 16 month old twin toddlers. This property made it so easy to take one twin up for a nap while the other stayed on the beach to play. Our 11 year old had so much fun. He was able to be free without a care in the world. The owner had everything we needed - 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, toys for our tween, kids dishes, kids cups, beach toys, chairs, etc.The pictures do not do justice to what a relaxing paradise this house was. The only only slight critique that would have made the trip a little more comfortable was the temperature of the house. It was a bit hot. However, once we started running all of the fans they had in the house, it was perfect! There were plenty of ceiling fans and baseless fans for each of the rooms. I couldn’t recommend this property more. And I wish we would have booked for 2-3 more days!

Paradise!!

The place is just awesome! Our family of 10 had plenty of room and everyone had a great time! Beach equipment galore, the kids loved the pool, views to die for, and very clean. Beds were comfy too! Jacqueline was so responsive for any questions we had and checking in was a breeze. Would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Excellent Property

This is an excellent property right on the beach that is perfect for family that love the ocean. The views are incredible. We absolutely loved the place and will defiantly book again in the near future. The place provided privacy and was big enough for everyone to have their own space.

Amazing host, home, and location!

Jacqueline is an amazing host and the home is absolutely beautiful. Definitely the cleanest and most accommodating place we have ever stayed. We loved our time inside with all the room and great amenities, and outside we were provided with everything needed for relaxing at the beach. Many family memories were made!

Location, Location, Location!!

We had such a fabulous week at this gorgeous property! Not only is the inside of the home beautifully decorated and appointed, but it is literally steps to the beach. The location is perfect! Very private and secluded on the most beautiful stretch of Cocoa Beach. We would recommend this luxurious beach front property and would love to return again soon!

we provide everything you need to enjoy the surf and sand, including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, pop up tent, body boards, skim board.

on very private stretch of beach, guests have described our property as "heaven on earth", "a piece of paradise". on 1/2 acre, spacious 4000+ sq ft property offers plenty of room for everyone. beautifully decorated, with great floor plan.

ideal for 2 families or 4 couples, traveling together.

we offer 3 king beds, a murphy queen and twin/full bunk. bunk comfortably sleeps 1 adult + 1 child, or 3 children. We can also offer an air mattress to accommodate a total of 13. the downstairs space could be a private retreat, with own living room area, full bathroom, extra sink/ counter, wine cooler, small fridge, and icemaker.
