You will enjoy a charming garden entirely private and out of sight with a breathtaking view of the sea where you can use deckchairs, have your meals while watching the boats go by, use the electric plancha, all in the shade of the pine trees.<br>The fully air-conditioned house of 65 m², also has a roof terrace with a 360° view of the region and the sea with a high table and 4 high chairs. <br>The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are spread over 3 half-levels: two bedrooms have an exceptional view of the sea. The third has a window overlooking the garden. Two bedrooms have very large wardrobes.<br>The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The washing machine is also drying. <br>TV satellite channels: all Catalan, Spanish, French, English, German, ...<br>High-speed WIFI included.<br>Local shops in the centre of the village (Tamariu) two minutes by car.<br>All shops and supermarkets in Pallafrugell ten minutes away by car.<br>The property is located in a quiet and very residential area and the street that serves our condominium is a dead end: so traffic is almost non-existent and parking is very easy.<br>The condominium is composed of only 19 houses, which guarantees calm, and is accessible by stairs.<br>The condominium overlooking the sea has a large swimming pool surrounded by grassy beaches.<br>The beautiful beach of Tamariu is 900 meters away on foot (path and stairs) or 1600 meters by car.<br>Direct access (with a staircase 200 metres away) to the cove of Aigua-Xelida and the coastal path that distributes exceptional wild coves.<br>Anne and Pierre will be pleased to give you the keys and show you the small path and stairs that lead to the coves or the shortcut to walk to the center of the sublime little village of Tamariu and its "postcard" beach.<br>To definitively perfect your stay, you should know that the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price as well as the linen: sheets for all the beds, towels for 6 people and dish towels for the kitchen... <br>When you arrive, the beds will be made!

We love Tamariu so finding a place with a shared pool close by was great. It’s quite a steep walk down and up but not too much effort. Pool was lovely and shaded in the afternoon. Other residents were friendly. Great time for a family of 4 and 2 friends additionally for a week.

We had an amazing vacation in and around Tamariu

First of all, we got in contact with the landlords prior to the visit and were able to get a look at the house and to see that everything is at it was described in the advertisement. We could also ask all relevant things which helped us to plan our trip and what we need to pack. We didn't need to bring anything for the house as everything was already there. When we arrived we were welcomed warmest by the landlords and were shown around. We then had the time to unload the car (careful, there are a few steps from the street to the garden), unpack our bags and our vacation started. Nothing to prepare, nothing to clean. This was really the cleanest and most comfortable place we had in an long time, if not even ever. It was already really warm during our stay and with an addition heatwave it got really warm, so it was naturally getting warm inside and also during the nights. If you want to sleep with open windows and feel the nice breeze from the sea you have to care of the mosquitos. Being that warm we really enjoyed to cook outside using the hot plate grill, which made everything taste like summer and a light barbecue. Our days started visiting one of the many beaches within 15 min car driving and ended with swimming lessons for our kinds in the pool, which was always clean an never crowded. If you like snorkeling you can just try any bay along the coast and you will see a lot of fish everywhere. If you are not into snorkeling try it anyway. It's amazing. I could go on like this, but to make it short. I don't know when we enjoyed a vacation that much and this thanks to the area, the house and finally also due to the extremely nice contact to our landlords. Thanks a lot!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’hôte nous a permit d’arriver avant l’heure ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’avantage. Merci à lui .Seul point négatif le ménage pas fait avant notre arrivé…. Qui laisser malheureusement à désirer au vue du prix de la location. À prêter plus d’attention pour les prochains vacanciers! Caroline et sa famille.

Merci pour votre retour Caroline. Je note que vous avez passé un excellent séjour et c'est l'essentiel. Nous nous sommes parlé au téléphone à votre arrivée (anticipée pour votre plus grand bonheur) pour ces soucis de ménage. Le ménage a été fait avant votre arrivée et effectivement deux points négatifs ont été relevés : poussières sous certains lits et quelques aiguilles de pins dans la douche (passées par la fenêtre laissée ouverte). Je vous renouvelle mes excuses pour ces soucis dus à des négligences des personnes qui ont en charge le ménage de notre maison et assure être très vigilant sur ce point pour les prochains vacanciers. Au grand plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau dans notre maison que vous avez visiblement beaucoup appréciée... A très vite. Pierre.

Schönes Haus mit einem tollen Aussenbereich und grandiosem Meerblick. Wir genossen den großen Gemeinschaftspool, den wir oft für uns alleine hatten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Pierre et Anne! La maison est fonctionnelle avec un petit jardin très agréable et de belles vues mer. L’accès à pied au sentier des douaniers permet une jolie balade sur cette côte magnifique.

Des vacances parfaites

Endroit idéal pour ne pas toucher à sa voiture en plein mois d'Aout. Plage de Tamariu à 15 minutes à pied, pour personnes en forme car pas mal de marches accidentées, mais c'est le lot de cette région. Séjour parfait. Merci à Pierre pour sa disponibilité.

Prijs / kwaliteit viel wat tegen

Het zwembad was fijn en het terras ook. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk. De woning zag er prima uit maar het was er in augustus echter erg heet. Hierdoor waren betere ventilatoren nodig. De warmte in de smalle woning steeg naar boven. Een van de ventilatoren was oud en werkte nauwelijks waardoor de slaapkamer boven ( zonder zeezicht) bloedheet was. Het kleine raam was onvoldoende om te ventileren. Verder was het bed boven (in de kamer met zeezicht )vreselijk. Ik kon nauwelijks slapen omdat de springveren van het matras in mijn zij drukten. In de slaapkamer beneden was het matras ook slecht. Hier zag een knik in. Verder was er een rioollucht in de keuken. De locatie is goed maar we hadden voor deze prijs helaas meer verwacht, in ieder geval goede ventilatoren en goede bedden zodat je goed kan slapen.

Bonjour Ariane, Oh la la ! Quelle déception de vous lire chère Ariane ! Je suis très affecté par de la mauvaise note que vous nous attribuez et je la trouve injuste. En effet, lorsque vous pouvez lire l'ensemble des notes mises par les autres vacanciers, nous sommes à 5 étoiles avec une maison qui tient ses promesses. Je mets tout en œuvre pour que nos vacanciers puissent passer un excellent séjour : nous avons fait une visio tous les deux avant votre arrivée pour faire connaissance et pour que je vous explique les petits secrets de notre maison… Je vous ai laissé mon numéro de téléphone pour que vous puissiez me contacter au moindre problème pendant votre séjour : pourquoi ne pas l'avoir utilisé ? Je serais intervenu, avec plaisir et immédiatement, pour changer le ventilateur défectueux ! (nous avons mis deux ventilateurs neufs à présent) Quant aux lits, nous les utilisons souvent personnellement, car nous habitons dans cette maison une partie de l'année. Nous n'avons jamais remarqué les inconforts que vous signalez et je suis très déçu qu'ils ne vous aient pas convenus. Je suis triste que vous soyez contrariée et j'espère que vous pouvez entendre et recevoir mes explications et excuses. Notre maison est très bien notée (quasiment que des 5 étoiles). Vous seule avez porté une très mauvaise note que j'estime ne pas mériter et qui ne correspond pas à la réalité. J'espère que vous allez la changer en mieux ! Belle semaine à Tamariu

Logement avec une très belle vue mer. Il est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce et très bien equipé. Pierre nous également très bien conseillé pour cette belle semaine à Tamariu.

Excellent séjour

Maison très bien équipée et très bien conçue avec une vue magnifique sur la mère. Tout est conforme à ce qui est énoncé dans l’annonce. La piscine communautaire est un plus. A pied nous nous rendions tous les jours à la plage de Tamariu par des escaliers et un petit chemin, comptez15/ 20 minutes maximum, mais c’est très agréable et un peu sportif. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire qui est très disponible et qui nous a proposé une Visio pour nous présenter la maison avant notre arrivée. Rien à redire.
