Amazing property

We had an amazing time in the property. Beautiful views and great breeze. Perfect layout for friends and family. Would definitely want to stay there again. Owner and property manager were very helpful

the house is not on the beachthe manager offers no precheck helpwants to charge 25 dollars for laundry when the maids wash there family cloths termites in the house no a/c in the bathrooms with mosquitos also in the open kitchen water stains all over the wood with splinters in the stairs going up to the kitchen needs i piece of soap to wash with no shampoos or other cleaners

For pre-check, we apologize for that but the manager came later and you did not want to meet him, he came the day after, on your demand and you were not there. Regarding the rest of your comments: It’s never said on the ad that the house is on the beach, otherwise we will add a picture of that as you can imagine . Laundry is on demand and free as mentioned on the ad, it’s only ironing that it’s charged. It’s not mentioned on the ad that the bathrooms are with A/C, if it was so important, why didn’t you ask before coming? Rooms have A/C Yes there are mosquitos as you are in the Caribbean and yes the kitchen is open with a fan as show in the pictures. There was soap to wash. If something was missing, you had my contact and the maid came every day so you could also ask her. You had some specifics expectations that I perfectly understand but maybe you could ask before coming. Pictures on the ad are in accordance with reality so you knew exactly what to expect. Thank you

Highly disappointing. When we arrived, there was a construction fence half way up the driveway. They are building another building on the property and didn't disclose it. The manager then lied, saying they had a problem and were fixing it but there was a sign out front indicating a permit for a three bedroom structure. The view from the picture window in the master bedroom was of a construction site and a backhoe! The villa also has stained furniture around the pool, broken appliances, mold in the master bath and a stray cat making a mess daily on the patio. Hardly what we were expecting, very depressing.
