Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath condo, features a shared hot tub and a pool, clubhouse, 45 ft garage to house a large truck, jet ski and or a boat. Complex has its own boat launch, boat slips to hold your boat or jet skis over night, condo is near casinos, parks, stores, boat and jet ski rentals. Condo has central air, WIFI, cable, Smart tvs (disney + Netflix) second bedroom, condo has two balconies, patio furniture, propane BBQ

Awesome Riverside stay

We loved the condo. Right on the river. Neighbors in the area are great. The marina is good to have. If you are bringing a boat check the dams release schedule. Some mornings the water level is super low. We will be staying there again for sure. Thank you

a rundown property

Mis information on check in process and shortage of required linens.. This place is old and needs remodeling . Not appropriate for older people--two flights of stairs--no elevator. No instructions for electronics and keys.

Amazing Time

From start to end Stephanie was a great host! The condo was a beautiful place to stay at and plenty of room for our entire party. Looking forward to our next trip to the River!

Perfect getaway

Not only was the owner very polite and quick to respond, but the house is just like the pictures. The whole complex is dog friendly with bags to pick up after your dog and is well maintained. Definitely going to see if i can come back this summer.

Overall... great

Had a few things that were an issue. Couldn't get warm showers. The hallways were dark. There were a ton of keys... we only needed two. Everything else was great. Communication with renter was excellent. I'd stay here again. Very comfortable.

Very nice

The condo was nice. Stephanie was very available to us for some questions we had. We enjoyed spending time at the clubhouse and its so nice being right on the river. We would stay here again.

Family time with comfort

This was my first time here, I really enjoyed the place as it provided a comfortable place for me and my family especially my 1year old to roam all of the basic things and above I love cooking for my family and when we travel to hotels that’s out of the question. The whole place was clean and lovely. Pictures on point tv in all rooms Netflix WiFi. We had a wonderful time. 2 bathrooms. Great dining area, the Host was really great has great communication, attentive to guests! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to travel with family friends or alone this place has the comforts of home!

Highway noise

Right on highway. Made sleeping impossible. Bought earplugs. Keys not marked. My 84 yr. Old mother could not take 3 flights of stairs so had to rent hotel room for her. Pictures misrepresented unit was closer to the river. Outdated unit could not work the televisions. Would not recommend

First time one month snowbird👍

Our condo was roomy, cozy, everything worked as it should-all the beds were amazingly comfy and clean. We had a fabulous time with friends and family visiting thru-out the month. Our host Stephanie was courteous, timely when we had to contact her about a minor issue that was fixed immediately-and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again👍

Bullhead’s Best

Stephanie was a wonderful host! Strongly recommend staying with her. Sparkling clean home, and the beds were very comfy! Check in/out process was a breeze and it was in a great location, we took the boat to the lake in the afternoon and made it back by dinner.
