A hidden gem located just up the hill from downtown Saugatuck. Plenty of living space on all three levels including a first floor master suite, 4-season room, loft space, and newly renovated basement.
Use the fully stocked kitchen to prepare gourmet meals or choose from the two outdoor gas grills for a poolside BBQ. Lounge in the private/heated in-ground pool or the hot tub, while being secluded from the world by the surrounding towering trees. The convenient pool house comes with a kitchenette and full bathroom so you never have to leave poolside! The pool also features an automated cover for added safety.
Visit local parks for picnics and serene walks, check out the river, or take a 10 minute drive to world-famous Oval Beach!
Multiple ski resorts within a 2-hour drive allow you to enjoy a day on the slopes and come home for après-ski in the hot tub.
The home is one block from downtown where you can indulge in the best restaurants, shops, and entertainment options in the area, before coming back for a nightcap in the serene and cozy all seasons room.

You can’t beat the location in proximity to downtown Saugatuck. The house provided ample space for our large group with more than enough accommodations for our stay. We would stay here again!

This house is in the perfect location and the pool is the biggest asset! We had a problem with the air conditioner, but they were very accommodating and did everything to fix the situation.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. Owner was very responsive. Stairs to the upper and lower bedrooms are steep. Primary bedroom is on main level.

I really can’t say enough good things about this property. Very clean, stocked, and plenty of space for the eight of us. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and loved the location. We were a two minute walk to the middle of all the shops and restaurants.

AMAZING Stay!!

We cannot recommend this spot more. The house was huge with tons of amenities and was more than enough space for all of us. When they say you’re steps from downtown you truly are a less than 5 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants. The pool was so much fun and they were so quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. We truly cannot get over how great this stay was for us, we’ll absolutely be back!

Incredible mismatch between online description and the reality we experienced. Our booking was 4th of July week (at premium price), which makes the AC system and swimming pool among the most important features for the property. The AC was broken during our entire stay. Instead, there were numerous noisy fans and portable AC units placed around the house. The pool had a leaking liner, which caused numerous ripples along the bottom of the pool. This made it impossible to use the vacuum and keep the pool clean. As a result, the pool was dirty and chlorine levels were not maintained throughout the stay. Pool representatives confirmed persistent problems with the pool throughout the entire summer. Our group left with 4 ear infections and 1 eye infection. The owner never disclosed the broken AC system or the condition of the pool prior to our arrival. Overall, the property was dirty. The couch cushions for the outside furniture smell terrible and are covered with dirt and grime. Near the end of our stay, there was a foul odor emanating from the basement. Even the small things were in a state of disrepair or unsatisfactory - dirty coffee machine, tiny kitchen lacked necessary equipment (especially if you plan on meals for large groups). The combination of big and small issues, combined with lack of disclosure and accountability by the owner, led us to leave the property a day early. Terrible experience!

We are sorry this guest was disappointed with their stay. However, we feel it is important to provide additional context. The pool issue occurred unexpectedly just before this reservation, leaving us with very little notice to address it. We immediately engaged our professional pool company and worked diligently to resolve the issue, which has since been fully repaired. Our pool is professionally serviced twice weekly. During this stay, the pool company attempted scheduled cleaning on two occasions, but service was declined both times because the pool would have needed to remain unused for approximately one hour afterward. Regarding the air conditioning, we responded promptly by providing portable AC units while repairs were pursued. We also voluntarily provided a refund as a gesture of goodwill due to these unforeseen maintenance issues. What is not mentioned is that our exterior security cameras documented a gathering exceeding our maximum occupancy, activity beyond our 10:00 PM quiet hours, and the home being left requiring substantially more cleaning than usual. We chose not to pursue these violations. We take pride in our home, as reflected by our many positive reviews, and remain committed to providing every guest with an exceptional experience.

Interesting that others rate the property 10/10 for cleanliness because that certainly was not our experience. Coating of dust over things in the house. The outside decks were filthy. Pool was not open yet because it was early in the year so that was understandable. However, it was very warm this weekend and we wanted to spend some time sitting on the decks outside and using the hot tub. We had to call to have someone come over and clean the decks so we could use them. They just left the cushions on the outdoor furniture all winter long so animals head ripped them open and pulled stuffing out, there was green mold everywhere on the cushions, and dirt and debris all over the deck. The property manager came out and sort of cleaned one of the decks, but the other one we had to clean up before we could use the table and chairs. Mouse droppings all over the bed in the basement. Sinks, shower and floors were clean that was about it. Location is a 10 out of 10.

Our dream vacation house.

We’ve stayed here a few times and I almost don’t want to leave a good review and risk not being able to book it again! The location is amazing. The house is spacious and comfortable and charming. The pool is a total winner. Our family loves coming here.

Beautiful House—Ideally Located

There were 8 adults and two very small children (18 months and 1 month) in this house and the house was able to accommodate us very well. You’re within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck. Nice pool and hot tub. We loved the outdoor spaces. The owner was super responsive. We’d like to come back to this property later on.

Excellent stay!

Really nice house, well maintained. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect, walking distance from all the restaurants. The only caveat was the pool water was a bit cold The owner responded very quickly to help change temperature settings. Will recommend to stay here.

Location! Fun family time!

We had 6 adults and 3 children under 6. The location was perfect for walking to town, restaurants and the playground. The pool and hot tub were ideal for fun and relaxation. The main living spaces worked very well for the 3 families. Everyone had a great time.

Great Saugatuck House

This is a great family vacation home. We all (ages 2-70) loved the pool and hot tub as well as proximity to town with fun shops, coffee houses and restaurants. A short drive to spectacular Oval Beach we were well equipped with all the pool toys and beach towels we needed. Highly recommend.

Great location

Best location in Saugatuck. Having the pool for the kids was a great plus. Plenty of living space to spread out. Bathroom locations, other than master which is fabulous, is not super convenient.
