Intimate location with great view

It was a very comfortable and cosy house with spacious bathroom, well equipped though modest kitchenblock (two pits), effective bar table and nice chairs for breakfast, diner and chatting. Separate dining (or games) room on the same floor. There was also a beautiful oven in the main room. Two bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds (140 x 190) and second bathroom. Nice picknick table outside facing the valley in the East (with sun from morning till around 16.00 during our stay in October). Great starting point for hiking trails in various lengths and levels of difficulty and of nice bicycle tours with col de page and col de vierge as the highlights of our trip (also many beautiful vias verde e.g., from le Thillot to Remiremont)

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern Hund eine Woche dort. Die Aussicht aus dem Panoramafenster ist unglaublich. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber. Preis Leistung sind nicht zu schlagen.

Wunderbare Aussicht mit hohem Erholungsfaktor

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, allein der Blick von den Sitzgelegenheiten im und vor dem Häuschen haben dazu beigetragen. Einfach die Natur und die Umgebung genießen. Das Haus war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Unser Aufenthalt lief problemlos ab.

gite agréable avec une vue magnifique seul bémol l'équipement de la cuisine est très sommaire (juste 2 plaques électriques et un petit four) et manque de vaisselle 8 assiettes pour 4 personnes c'est peu !

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans ce petit chalet cosy très bien situé. Parfaitement équipé, il offre juste le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Excellente communication avec Sylvia et Benoît soucieux de notre confort, réactifs et à l'écoute. Encore merci :-)

Séjour très agréable dans ce chalet, au calme et situé dans la forêt, avec une vue imprenable sur les monts environnants pour y observer le lever de soleil. Sur place, tout l’équipement est là pour passer de bonnes vacances. L'emplacement est central pour visiter les monts et vallées environnants ( ballons d'Alsace, lac de Gérardmer, musée et mines de cuivre, les cascades …sans eau cette années !!, activités, etc.). Aussi quelques restaurants et auberges sympas avec un très bon rapport prix/ qualité / plaisir.

Chalet avec vue imprenable sur les ballons des Vosges

Séjour parfait dans ce chalet dont les équipements correspondent à tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le chalet est situé au cœur de la forêt, avec une vue imprenable sur les monts environnants. Nous étions parfaitement au calme, de jour comme de nuit. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans les Hautes Vosges (ballons des Vosges, ballon d'Alsace, lacs, activités, etc.).

Beautiful hillside location

Lovely stay, beautiful part of France. Only comments would be that we were there in very hot temperatures and with no air con upstairs was intensely hot and a couple of fans would help and fly screens for windows. Also, maybe a warning for anyone taking young children to take a stair gate as no door from one bedroom to stairs. But just suggestions, the property was in a fantastic location and owners always replied to any queries we raised by email promptly. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.
