Upgraded condo and premier location make this the best choice! This condo has great privacy being at the far end of the development and on the end. Upgrades include plantation shutters throughout, Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring, granite counters, all new windows, stainless steel appliances. All one level living include open kitchen to living room with cathedral ceilings, new windows, fireplace. Spacious master with jacuzzi tub, shower. Guest bedroom with private bathroom. Private brick patio in the back of unit with great golf front views. Has washer and dryer. Condo does require steps to access front door. Parking is first come, first serve.

Pinehurst trip

It was a great property, only con was a little musty smell, but other than that it was great. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to all of the golf courses and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend for a trip to the area.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Women's 3A Golf States Tournament

Wonderful accommodations and perfect location! Right on the 9th hole fairway. Hopefully States will be at Longleaf in 2025, will definitely book this little cutie again!

Visit family

Very quiet and cozy townhouse no amenities such as pool or guest house but my stay didn't require that. Enjoyed the serenity and was a good place to enjoy the unique North Carolina countryside.
