Summary:
Condo 33 is finally on the market and just in time. No pets allowed in this unit please, if you have pets look at our other units please, this condo has carpet and not suitable for pets. Please see our other units for pet options. Avenida 33 studio is large and in charge featuring a King size Kirkland Signature 15" Euro top bed new for the season. Remodeled bathroom and new appliances. Best of all you open your slider and three steps to the heated pool. Heating temps vary based on time of year. Avenida 33 also has an office breakout space, bar seating and dining seating. All cookware and George Foreman grill are included. This is the perfect winter retreat. Complex has grass, patio covered dining, BBall, and pet park. Very comfortable and well maintained. Office onsite and we are ready to assist. TV is Roku SmartTV and wireless internet at consistent speeds is included. We are ready to host your next getaway or work trip. Please no pets in this one, we will ask you to leave and cancel the reservation if you bring any pet.

Disappointed

The property was very disappointing. It had the old brown shag, dirty carpeting. The doors on the cupboards were not hanging properly damage to the ceilings. Only two bath towels for a three week stay for two people one hand towel and one washcloth. The shower had no water pressure, no handicap bars to assist an 80-year-old getting in and out of the tub we were afraid to use the kitchen facilities as the place was not very clean. We were there while our own home was having some renovated work done just a mile and a third from the property. I would not recommend this property to others disappointed to say the least as I had friends who had lived there years ago and it was a nice property at that time. We had problems getting the TV to work and did get some assistance for that. The cleaning staff that was on site doing other apartments were very friendly. The place could be nice if it was renovated and cleaned up. Has a nice pool view. It’s about the only good thing we could say about it.

9 Day Stay. Refrigerator was not working for first 6 days. Staff kept assuring us that part would be delivered. Finally, on day 7, a new refrigerator was delivered. Too late for all the food I purchased. Studio is very outdated, minimal utensils provided and 2 rolls of toilet tissue for a 9 day stay?? No dish towels, face cloths…..I shared my views, no response from mgmt. No refund for non working refrig., no nothing….crickets.

2022 Studio #33 11days

Poor communication, did not want you to view the room before check in, check in was 4 pm, didn't get entry code till 5pm. No one on site to ask questions. Towels in room stunk, no dish towels, no blow comb, pillows had blood stains, French fries in carpet, dishes in cupboard dirty, cabinet doors dirty and stood open, no smoke detector, vents were black, no sofa, outside chairs and patio were covered with dirt had to wash before using, pool was not cleaned daily, no cleaning under pool furniture moved some and it was full of garbage and debris, asked for extended checkout due to late check-in that was a NO, coffee maker pot was broken they did not replace we had to go buy one. Mattress and pillows had no protector on them. Oven was dirty and stunk when using it, most of the light bulbs are burnt out, minimal lighting, quite possiblyto preventone from seeingthe filth.. Dirty mop with busted cement bags sat outside our door the whole time, looked like it was there for quite sometime. The only reason we stayed was the people we met there, we all had the same experience with the condo situation but did not let it ruin a good time. This could be a nice place if they honestly put some elbow grease into cleaning and fixing up inside and outside the building. Having a concierge on site to have someone to help and answer immediate questions should be a must. Location was good. We could go on and on but people said they have stayed there in past years and nothing changes.

Comfortable Condo!

This is a nice comfortable condo tucked away in a nice neighborhood in a great location. It’s located conveniently to Phoenix and Tucson and all the attractions they offer. You are just steps away from the pool and patio. The owners kept in touch to make sure your stay was pleasant. I would rent this place again.
