Come and enjoy a haven of peace in a quiet and residential area near the center: 800m from the first shops, 1km from the Casino, 15min walk from the beaches! You can also go to Saint-Tropez and Port-Grimaud by the "Green Boats" from the port of Sainte-Maxime located 20min walk from the villa.
The entire ground floor of the villa is reserved for you (the owners occupy the first floor).
You will also benefit from a private exterior of 50m2 with summer lounge and plancha!
Housing
The villa is made up of two levels: the entire 92m2 ground floor is reserved for you. The owners occupy the first floor of the villa. The interior of the villa has just been completely renovated in Mediterranean colors in a warm and friendly bohemian style.

Your holiday accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet and a living room with an open kitchen.

#1 / Cameo Room: you will benefit from a 15m2 suite with a queen-size bed, consisting of a small integrated dressing room and an open bathroom and a 32-inch TV.

#2 / Magma bedroom: this second 13m2 bedroom is also equipped with a 160 cm bed and a 43-inch television.

#3 / Papaya bedroom: this third bedroom has two 80cm single beds (possibility of bringing them together to make a double bed) and a 32-inch TV.

A second bathroom serves the Magma and Papaya bedrooms. A washing machine, hair dryers and an iron are available.

You will also enjoy a beautiful 30m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hobs, an integrated extractor hood, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. A small wine cellar is also available with additional billing by the bottle.

The living room as well as the bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning, wifi and connected television with free Netflix.

To enjoy the beautiful sunny days, you will also benefit from a private terrace of 50m2 with lush and exotic vegetation. A summer lounge, a dining table and a plancha will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors.

Finally, linen, sheets and cleaning are included in the service.

Great stay in Ste Maxime

Very nice apartment, well located. The apartment is clearly modern with a very nice garden. We enjoyed the breeze in the evening because of the high location on a hill. We had rented bikes through Energy Bikes and by bike it was only 5 minutes to the village down hill (and back 7 minutes uphill)

Magnifique maison confortable

L'intérieur de cette maison comblera tous vos besoins. Très bien équipé avec des accéssoires de qualité en cuisone et toutes les chambres sont également au-delà de vos attentes. Et que dire de la terrasse avec la plancha, le mobilier de jardin ainsi que le paysagement que Vincent a réalisé pour votre plaisir. Sainte-Maxime est un lieu de choix pour visiter la baie de St-Tropez.

Beautifully redecorated in 2021. Vincent very responsive and helpful. Large space perfect for families. I didn't realized it was when I booked it that it was for part of the home and. I was worried it would connected but it’s 2 separate living areas. Owners live in floor above you. We could hear them walking around at times but they weren’t ever loud. The gardens are beautiful. It is a 15-17 min walk uphill back to the house. Might be hard for little kids but manageable for our families with older kids.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 3,5,8 Jahre). Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß, da war die Klimaanlage (In allen Räumen) goldwert. Wir waren täglich am Strand, der Weg ist etwas länger und steil, aber mit reduziertem Strandequipment war es auch mit den Kindern gut zu bewältigen. Der Strand und auch Sainte Maxime ist sehr schön. Im Haus selbst ist alles was wir brauchten vorhanden gewesen. Der Kontakt zu Vincent ist zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Stunning villa in a peaceful part of town

A wonderful stay. The apartment had everything we needed with a lovely terrace and views over Sainte-Maxime. The owners were quick to respond to any small questions making our stay incredibly relaxing. A 15 minute walk down the hill and you’re right in the centre of Sainte-Maxime. Would highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit schönem Garten

Sehr guter, schneller und netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber, gute Lage unweit vom Hafen von Sainte-Maxime-allerdings mit recht steilem Anstieg zur Ferienwohnung. Parkplatz unmittelbar vorm Grundstück an der Straße. Sehr neue gepflegte und geschmackvoll eigerichtete Wohnung mit insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmern (eins mit eigener Dusche) großer Wohn- und Essbereich- die Wohnung selbst ist super gemütlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Über eine kleine Loggia gelangt man in den sehr gemütlichen und möblierten Garten dessen Zentrum ein schattenspendener Baum mit zwei Schaukel ist, die unsere Kinder geliebt haben. Der Garten könnte ein klein wenig mehr Pflege vertragen. Schade war auch, dass die Sitzauflagen aller Gartenmöbel bei Anreise draußen lagen und durch den Regen der vorran gegangenen Tage völlig durchnässt und für 1,5 Tage nicht zu verwenden waren. Ein weiteres kleines Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit der Decken, die einen die Schritte der oben lebenden Besitzer samt Kleinkind bis spät abends hören lässt. Darüber hinaus haben wir uns aber super wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Vincent!

Great Experience in a Beautiful Villa & Area

We had a great stay in Vincent's beautiful villa. It is modern, renovated and clean and has a nice private and cozy patio. It is air-conditioned very well, so perfect to take a rest after exploring the area. Vincent is a very friendly and helpful host, always available in case of any questions. All in all, we were very happy to stay here and absolutely recommend this place.

Excellent holiday villa - highly recommended

The property has undergone a full rennovation to a high standard. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are excellent and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Will almost certainly be back.
