CHARMING APARTMENT
Comfortable apartment for 4 people in residence located in the heart of the resort in Saint-François Longchamp 1650, at the foot of the slopes, 200 meters from the Mollaret chairlift and the ticket offices to buy passes. Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment is decorated in a chalet spirit with typical Savoyard wooden furniture. It includes:
- 1 entrance with shoe storage and wardrobe
- 1 sunny living room all day with a view of the mountains and ski slopes. It is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a sideboard and a 32-inch (80 cm) flat-screen TV
- 1 fully equipped dining area open to the living room: dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave oven & mini oven, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette machine for 8 people, stick vacuum cleaner.
- 1 bedroom with a bed (140 X 190), 2 bedside tables, 1 corner cabinet, 1 wardrobe, 1 small storage unit
- 1 spacious closed mountain area with 2 bunk beds and 1 closet. This space is closed by a sliding door to have its privacy (for children/teenagers!).
- Bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail and hairdryer
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 south-facing balcony terrace of 11M2
- 1 ski room on the first floor with individual locked locker
- WIFI access included (Orange box)
- Prices: winter excluding school holidays >€590 and during school holidays > €1,120 (without the box)

With a surface area of 37 m², via the bay windows, you have an unobstructed view of the valley. Free parking located near the residence.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of shops: mini-market, bakery, cheese shop... (possibility to buy bread/croissants in slippers) and many restaurants (Le plancher des vaches, La Louche percée...). The nearest ski equipment rental shop is located opposite the residence.
The balneotherapy centre with its various pools, 1 of which is open to the outside, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna is located 5 minutes walk away. This centre includes a bowling alley!
The apartment is non-smoking and our pet friends are not allowed.
The resort of ST FRANCOIS LONGCHAMP is linked to the resort of Valmorel thus offering 165 km of very varied slopes. It is a family resort that offers many activities for children (playground at the bottom of the residence and with the tourist office, daycare and cinema 5 minutes away).
