Check-in starts at 4:00pm, check-out is 10:00am. When you arrive stop by the spacious front desk and use the confirmation # we provide with your VBRO booking. This will allow you to check-in the same as if you were an Owner and had booked directly through Marriott. You’ll have complete access to all of Barony Beach Club’s services and amenities – make sure to pick up a copy of the Weekly Activities schedule in the lobby so you don’t miss any of the daily fun!

Guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence to ensure that the resort and villa will meet your expectations.
The photos are a good representation of what your villa will look like although each villa layout may vary slightly. Any variation from the photo and actual villa or resort property are unintentional, and any specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. The resort management updates and maintains the villas at this resort and your actual villa will be assigned upon check-in by them. The view type of the reservation is indicated on the VRBO online rental description posted by Owner and will be shown on the resort confirmation. Any issues regarding view within the view category must be addressed with the resort management as Owner is not responsible for villa placement.
The resort from time to time undergoes routine maintenance, renovations and may occasionally have certain amenities unavailable. Whether these are announced in advance or announced after confirmation, guests are encouraged to check the Marriott Barony Beach website for these notices and any issues are between the guest and resort management. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the responsibility of resort management and must be handled through them, not the Owner. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort management, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Owner.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, activities, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
THE BOOK IT NOW FEATURE IS A REQUEST FOR RESERVATIONS, NOT A CONFIRMED STAY. Do not reserve airfare or commit to other travel plans until your confirmation from Owner has been received through VRBO. Your resort reservation number, used during check-in, will be provided to you approximately one week prior to check-in directly by Owner, who will also change the actual resort reservation with Marriott into your name at that time. Resort management will assign your actual villa upon check-in.
