This top floor unit at Sugar Ski and Country Club has long range mountain view overlooking Oma’s Meadow ski lift.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is completely remodeled.. The kitchen is stocked with all your essential needs.
We are the only slope side complex on the mountain with walkout skiing. From this unit you can watch the skiers unload from the Oma’s Meadow chairlift. Check Sugar Mountain Ski Resort for slope and lift information. Be sure to check the forecast, in inclement weather 4-wheel drive or chains are advised.

The mountains have been a part of our life as long as we can remember. After our daughter started at Appalachian State University we bought a condo at Sugar Ski and Country Club for weekend visits and access to skiing. We renovated the condo and fell in love with Sugar Mountain and hope to share some of our joy by hosting our condo.
Personally, we have been married since 1988. We have 3 children, a son-in-law and will soon have 2 grandchildren.

This property is located in the only slope side resort on Sugar Mountain, which allows ski in/ski out access in the winter. You can also catch a ride to and from the lodge on the Sugar Bus. The bike paths are also accessible from the unit as well during the remainder of the year.
We are in close proximity to Banner Elk, Boone, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, tons of hiking trails, the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, etc.
