Escape to this beautifully renovated beach house with stunning sea views, ideally located in Sables-d’Or-les-Pins, one of Brittany’s most charming seaside resorts. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the house is just a short walk from the beach and close to a wide range of activities, including water sports, coastal hiking trails, golf, tennis and horse riding.

Completely renovated in 2020, it combines modern comfort with a relaxed coastal atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind with family or friends.

A private outdoor spa overlooking the sea is available all year round—ideal for relaxing after a day by the ocean.

The House

Our vision was to create a stylish beach retreat—a place inspired by the simplicity and warmth of a seaside cabin while offering the comfort and elegance of a modern home.

The highlight of the property is its 80 m² elevated wooden terrace with panoramic sea views. A pedestrian path below the house leads directly to the beach in just 5 minutes.

Inside, the décor combines natural materials with a clean, contemporary coastal style. The living room, dining area and kitchen all enjoy sea views, while the master suite opens onto the sunniest terrace.

The main living area, located on the upper floor, includes:

- A bright living room

- An open-plan kitchen and dining area

- Three bedrooms

- Two bathrooms

- Two toilets

On the garden level, accessible only from outside, you’ll find:

- A laundry room

- An additional bathroom

- An additional toilet

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage and two locked rooms on the garden level, which are used to store our personal belongings.
