ABOUT THE COTTAGE:

Welcome to The RockiN R Cottage! This rental has a spacious second-level living room, dining room, & kitchen that all open to one another, offering a convivial hub for group camaraderie. Large windows & charming designed coastal décor make the space bright & welcoming. Settle in with your crew & watch a movie or sporting event on the large 60" flat-screen "SMART" TV. Plush seating includes a queen sofa sleeper for extra overnight guests.

The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Everything you may need for preparing meals & beach snacks is provided. The light filled dining area includes a farm table with seating for two, plus seating for six more around the large oversized kitchen bar. Or you may head outdoors & enjoy alfresco meals on the shaded porch while enjoying the sunrise or sunset out over the bay.

The spacious master bdrm has a queen bed & a 24" Smart Flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom offers a marble vanity & a tub/shower combination. The second bdrm is outfitted with a queen bed, while the bunk beds (full & single) are found in the third bdrm w/ a 30" Smart Flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a marble vanity & a tub/shower combination.

Great amenities include complimentary WI-FI, Smart TV's in bdrms (w/no cable), and a washer/dryer. There is parking beneath the Cottage for 3 vehicles (with room for your boat, too), and street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
