Watermans Beachfront Condo Unit 1

The Beach Front condo has breathtaking views of the mighty Mississippi! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, town home that has beach front access to Lake Pepin. There is a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping. Watch the most gorgeous sunrise from the living room, patio, or even the upstairs master suite! The dining room table makes it easy to accommodate your whole family for meals. This is a ground level town home with access to its own beach front. There isn't a dock on the property. There are two public boat landings and a marina that is very close. You are welcome to beach your boat if you desire. Relax in this tastefully decorated home while you watch the eagles fish and the migratory birds such as pelicans, swans, and various species of ducks. It is located right to the right of the Willows Restaurant/Resort. We are a short drive from town and all the amenities. Come stay with us!

The property was nice and clean. There were a few ammenitites that could be added to make things easier for visitors. Replacing the missing veins in your blinds on patio door as the morning sun was blinding. Directions on how to run the tv are a must! We ran our of toilet paper and found none on property and light bulbs as a couple were burnt out. The extra little touches sure add a lot to the stay.

Very nice place right in the middle of all the action going on! Great place to watch the boat traffic on the lake. Very comfortable and modern accommodations. Cool place.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well suited for our needs. Communication with host was exceptional. Wonderful view of Lake Pepin. The restaurant next door was a bonus! I would not hesitate to stay at this property again if i was in the area.

Nice condo by Lake Pepin

Nice condo with decent amenities with a view of Lake Pepin from the deck. The condo was loud at night because of loud music at the bar which stays open late and is right next door. Smoke from fire pit next door made it difficult to be outside at times. The condo was right next to the highway so truck noise could be loud at times. Otherwise, it was a nice place and clean and had all we needed for a relaxing weekend.

Long weekend get away

My wife and our son stayed at this property for a long relaxing weekend. The condo was very clean and in a convenient location. Our only regret is not staying longer!

It was super easy to access the property....the oropertywas cleanand very well decorated. The showers could have used a betterwipe down, found hair....the outdoor patio has a loose siding board hanging down, there were thistle growing in the landscape rocks. The pillows in the King bed need replacing. But overallit was a great view of the lake and clean.bed need to be replaced...h. Rheoverall

Lake City Weekend getaway on the lake

Excellent views of Lake Pepin, right next door to Kelly's bar and grill. We never had to cook a thing, food was wonderful. We''l be back next year.
