Take a moment to relax in the living room with a flat screen TV. Its open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove and electric oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a SENSEO coffee maker, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a washing machine....
Go along the corridor and reach the night part. A first room with 1 bed in 140cm opens on a courtyard. The second with 2 beds in 80cm.
A bathroom with shower, an electric towel dryer and a hair dryer. An independent toilet.

When you come back from the beach, you can dry your towels in the small courtyard.
Or settle down around the small table and 2 chairs for a refreshing drink!

FIRST FLOOR - PARKING ON PUBLIC PARKING LOT - SMALL PETS ONLY ALLOWED - NO OUTDOOR

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
