The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, and a third bedroom with 2 90cm beds.
There is a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and a second separate toilet.

The garage used as a storeroom has a washing machine and a condensation dryer.


Its terrace opens onto an enclosed garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

A travel cot is at your disposal.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
