Sivina is a spacious family villa with an elegant classical style. Mamorfliesen give the house in summer a cool ambience. Patio doors lead out to a sun terrace; ideal for private sunbathing. The main double bedroom has a dressing area. All bedrooms have free standing fans and central heating for early and late booking periods with specified operating hours.

The Outside there is landscaped generously and in addition to citrus trees and a private tennis court (without lights). Table tennis is also available. The beautifully designed and superbly equipped terrace overlooks the pool here and can relax and enjoy excellent outdoor meals that can be cooked on the barbecue, an outdoor sink is available. The spacious pool (12 m - 4. 5 m, depth 1 m - 2 m) makes with roman steps and a water slide not only fun for children.
