The Cozy Cottage

Coming to Old Colorado City you can tell that it is a fun little town filled with history! This cottage will allow you the opportunity to explore all the area has to offer! We finished a full remodel from floor to roof in September of 2020. We chose to furnish it with minimal, yet modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. You'll enjoy a beautiful, clean bathroom and the kitchen is filled with everything you'll need to prepare your own food. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you desire after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space for you to come make lifelong memories!

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Cottage. It had a wonderful central location which allowed us to enjoy everywhere we wanted to visit in the Colorado Springs area. The Cozy Cottage lived up to its name! Clean and well-stocked; the house is in a quiet area of the city, yet minutes away from everything. It was perfect for our quick stay. Looking for a 5-Star Superhost? You found it. We stayed here for 4-days and this place is wonderful. Brianna is the perfect host and thought of EVERYTHING. Easy to get to and in and out of. Close to manitou springs and Colorado Springs.

Truly a Cozy Cottage

The Cozy Cottage was everything we expected. The location is great with shopping, food,and adventures just minutes away. Check-in was a breeze and the space was clean and ready for us. We will definitely look for Bryana's place when we come back to Colorado Springs.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage. It was very clean, had all necessary supplies, and was beautifully decorated. The surrounding area can be a bit sketchy so we did not stray much from the main strip. Bryanna was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We’ll definitely book here again if we’re in the area!

Utterly charming! Kitchen was fully stocked as was the entire property. Q-Tips, cotton balls, USB chargers attached to the night stands, very nice electric fireplace, I could go on. The knives in the kitchen drawer were each in their own sheath, not thrown in and getting beat up. Lots of snacks. I honestly can not think of one that could have been improved on.
