Extra Large 16 by 40 salt water inground Pool with 10 lounge chairs, 10 person Hot Tub, Pavilion with seating for 20, and fire pit all added in 2023. The pool will be open May through September. The house has 7 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths on 3 floors, this home is fully decked out for large groups - family getaways, girls weekends, reunions – you name it. You can stretch out in the large first floor family room, relax in the second floor bonus room, or play games and watch movies in the huge third floor loft space. In fact, you can watch on any of 3 large HDTVs on each floor or connect to the Wi-Fi throughout the house.
For those who love to cook, the gorgeous kitchen has wrap around quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets, a 9 foot island, 2 large refrigerators, gas stove, dishwasher, a deep farmhouse sink and is fully stocked for a team of chefs. You can even cook your burgers on our new Weber grill on the spacious backyard patio. Enjoy your home cooked meal at the kitchen table that seats 10 or at the island that seats 4 .
Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, 1 ½ blocks from sandy 1st Street Beach. Lake Michigan is a short walk from your door for you to enjoy morning kayaking, afternoon swims, and sunset walks. Feel free to use our wagon, beach chairs and beach equipment while you are visiting.
Golf cart can be used from march 15 to October 15 South Haven’s charming downtown with restaurants, shops, live music, arts and maritime history is only 1½ miles south – a leisurely walk, a quick bike ride or a short drive away. Explore local wineries, pumpkin farms, apple picking and a local farmer’s market. For those who like to be on the go, South Haven has it all - boat, kayak and paddleboard rentals, golfing, pickleball, tennis and the 34 mile Kal-Haven crushed limestone bike trail that extends to Kalamazoo!
