Are you looking for a COMFORTABLE and CHARMING place to spend your next vacation by the sea? I have the great pleasure to welcome you in my 24 square meters apartment with balcony, located on the 3rd floor without elevator, and situated in Cabourg.
It is ready to receive 4 people, is ideally located at 4 minutes walk from the beach, and 11 minutes from the city center.

## Logement
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and is composed of a bedroom with a bunk bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a living room with a sofa bed, and a balcony.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave.

The Marcel Proust walk (9 minutes on foot) and the famous Meridian of Love (15 minutes).
Also stroll along the Avenue de la Mer (10 minutes walk) and the Avenue du Marché (12 minutes).
The advantage of my apartment is that you will be staying 4 minutes walk from the Cabourg Beach, and 10 minutes drive from the huge Houlgate Beach!

One of the activities not to be missed when coming to Cabourg is catamaran sailing! The inter-communal sailing school (12 minutes by car) offers trips for this purpose. After the catamaran, I recommend you to discover another nautical activity: seal watching in the Orne bay (14 minutes by car)!

From Merville-Franceville, a bicycle path allows you to ride along the Orne estuary, and even to reach Ouistreham. So, rent a bike and go on an adventure! You will find the Nomadeshop, a bike rental store, 5 minutes away by foot.

For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour Express at 11 minutes walk.

## Emplacement
Cabourg is a seaside resort in Normandy, located on the Côte Fleurie. Numerous activities make this town pleasant for a stay with family, friends or alone. Fishing on foot or sand yachting make the 4km of fine sand pleasant, bordered by the Marcel Proust promenade and its beautiful houses. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the most beautiful buildings in the resort. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a Casino to entertain the older ones. Finally, the town hosts the annual Romantic Film Festival in June.
