Lou, the project coordinator for the group staying was very polite and correspondence was fluent. Lou was very responsive to my concern regarding shoes being worn in the house and he is working on handling it.

Hi Leslie, our standard paper towel and toiletry left out is 4 full rolls plus all the half rolls left under the main bathroom sink (½ because every new rental gets 2 full rolls per bathroom). 2 rolls of paper towels per rental as well. Your stay was long with a large group with kids; Next time I have a large group I will anticipate and leave a couple extra rolls; however, I have no ability to gage your family usage. I do hope you were able to enjoy the fridge full of condiments and the cupboard full of spices including the tea, coffee, and honey. The kitchen table size is standard with 4 chairs as well as outside seating in the summer, I might have been able to bring over a fold up table if had you requested. One of my favorite things, is to host families and kids; that is why I have so many kid friendly activities in the house like the play station, Atari, basket ball hoop, board games, and fire pit. Our community is filled with a wide range of family friendly activities, and I always look forward to families getting to see our small town.

Your rental included 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which was reflected by your agreement when you booked. I open the upstairs upon request. When you asked to use the extra space, I said of course if you needed; at no additional cost. However, that is an additional unexpected area to clean for me. Which was not part of your rental agreement. I am sorry that your trip to our beautiful county was met with such disappointment, it can be challenging traveling with your grown children and a toddler; I assume because of the dirtiness and disarray the home was left. Since your stay I have been forced to increase my cleaning fee. 2 people had to spend over 6 hours scrubbing jam and dirt off the walls and floors, the rug, and the dining room chairs. Additionally, the floors were covered in drips and spills. The refrigerator was a disaster. The rules were not respected. when I sent you the private message regarding the condition you and your guest left my home; I did not expect you to respond by writing a bad review - assuming that I had written a bad review about you. (unfortunately, I did not) You mentioned pictures, please attach photos you were referencing. I have had the honor to host many wonderful guests that are happy to visit our community and enjoy the special touches my home provides. Those are my kind of people.
