Spacious villa with large plot and superb view

Come relax with family or friends in a peaceful, spacious house with a large wooded property at an elevation of 1,200 meters, near Mont Gerbier des Joncs and the headwaters of the Loire River. Enjoy picking fresh produce, hiking, biking, fishing, and swimming in the river or lake. From the terrace, you can admire vast pastures dotted with cows and the Ardèche mountains.
The house features a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 large bedroom with a 140-cm bed, 1 small bedroom with a 120-cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is one large L-shaped bedroom with two 140-cm beds (visually separated) and one 90-cm bed, as well as a large “dormitory-style” room with a French billiards table and three 90-cm beds, a shower room, and a toilet. Gas central heating (new boiler) + a wood-burning stove in the main room and electric convector heaters for backup.
In the village, there’s a renowned butcher shop, grocery store, bakery, tobacco shop, post office, bars, restaurants, and a gas station.
