Nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, this large 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with patio and large yard is the perfect retreat!

This property is in the village of Brockport, which is located along the famous Erie Canal, and is a quaint college town which is both established and vibrantly youthful!

The double garage is available for your use during your stay. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Pets welcome if approved - $25/night/pet. Please enquire.
No shoes in house please - thank you!

NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

House was perfect for us! Close to everything and great size! I spent one day cooking in the kitchen - it was so well equipped- I did not need what I brought kitchen items I brought with me. Great communication with the host at all times. Great outdoor space in a nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Brockport!

Very comfortable home to host extended family in town for a funeral. Everything was as pictured and the host was easy and pleasant to communicate with. The home was stocked very well with plenty of kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, paper goods, and laundry detergents. We would recommend and stay again in the future!

Fantastic location in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. House is beautiful, very clean, beds are comfortable, lovely patio with large backyard. Definitely recommend. Only minutes to downtown area.

The house has lots of space, was in a nice neighborhood and the host was easy to work with but sadly, it needs a lot of love!Badly stained carpets; torn, moldy, unusable outdoor furniture; bugs and spider webs on the windows, messy cupboards, a guest manual that did not apply to this specific property and rodent droppings in the garage, to name a few!Our host responded to our concerns but stated that she would alert the cleaning crew, but that is not the problem.It needs an owner or manager to oversee the condition of the property!It could be a nice place, but needs attention.We felt it was totally misrepresented by the photos and positive reviews.

This large home was super clean and very comfortable. The listing photos accurately reflected the cleanliness and quality of the home. My family stayed for a weekend for an RIT graduation and found it to be a good place with lots of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. Realize that this house is outside of Rochester a little ways, but it is an easy drive in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores and gas stations nearby. There were a few minor issues (like the coffee pot not working) that I’ve mentioned to the owner and hopefully that will be resolved for the next visitors. Communication was good and access into the house easy.

Great Place to Relax

We stayed here after my mother passed away. This was an amazing place to come back and relax during a hectic time. The house was clean and offer spaces for my family. If in the area, I would definitely stay here again!

2nd Stay at this Property

We were visiting my son and his family, and stayed at this property for the second time. It was an excellent choice in November, and this past June we were able to enjoy beautiful patio and large yard. I am sure we will stay again.

The house itself is lovely, set in a beautiful area with wonderful scenery. The host was responsive and helpful with our questions. Beds were comfortable, the couches cozy, and the patio and outdoor grounds were a real highlight. There’s a few carpet stains (pets or spills?) and a bit of mustiness, but nothing overwhelming.We also appreciated the binder with house rules and expectations. That said, it could use an update: the lock-up instructions didn’t match; TVs were supposed to be set up with guest accounts, yet the lower living-room TV was already signed into a personal account, and the other TV only had a Roku remote so we couldn’t adjust the volume or turn it off once it was on; the dishwasher still had dishes in it (we weren’t sure if they were clean); and the dryer contained laundry.Master bedroom, the instructions said a ceiling-fan remote would be next to the light switch—it wasn’t. We found the remote in a drawer, still in unopened pkg and never installed, so we couldn’t run the fan without the light on. When we received our checkout instructions from the host, they differ from what is in the binder.We were looking forward to the fireplace mentioned in the listing, but it didn’t work.5 stars for the towels!! Very soft and absorbent!!On a lighter note, the local amenities section of the binder had some amusing typos that gave us a good laugh!

Great Location!

Quite neighborhood, deer came into back yard several times a day. Great location only minutes from Erie canal, Rochester and SeaBreeze Amusement Park. Approximately 1 hour drive to Niagara Falls, worth the trip.

This was our 3rd stay at this property, and it did not disappoint. The host is extremely responsive and the property is very well maintained. We were able to take advantage of the amazing patio and yard on this stay. The deer and rabbits were a lovely addition to this visit. We have stayed in the winter and summer months, and able to control the thermostat to our preferred temperature for comfort.
