Nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, this large 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home with patio and large yard is the perfect retreat!

This property is in the village of Brockport, which is located along the famous Erie Canal, and is a quaint college town which is both established and vibrantly youthful!

Pets welcome if approved - $20/night/pet. Please enquire.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It’s up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away.
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

The Village of Brockport, located along the famous Erie Canal, is a quaint college town, both established and vibrantly youthful!
No shoes in house please - thank you!

NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

Beautiful Home

The property is excellent for a family. Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two sitting rooms. The yard is expansive with some lovely nature to see. Highly recommended for any group staying in the area. Cheryl was responsive to all of our needs.

Family Home in Brockport, NY

We enjoyed our stay at 171 Gary very much! It was easy to find, in a pleasant neighborhood but close to a main road. We found it clean & uncluttered, nicely decorated and comfortable - such a pleasant environment to spend time in. This home is well taken care of, and guests needs are well - anticipated, with coffee, tea and sweetners on the counter by the fridge, to games in the family room, books & cookbooks to peruse, to the Wifi password being visible where most likely needed, etc. The host was good about communicating with us promptly for any questions she or we had. A binder left on the kitchen counter giving information for our stay and expectations was very helpful. The patio out back will also be a pleasant space for those who stay during warmer weather. Awesome Home

The property is exactly what is represented in the pictures. The property manager was extremely responsive, and answered all our questions timely. The bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is not an appliance or kitchen apparatus excluded (keurig, waffle maker, toaster, blender). We had a great family weekend, and will definitely book this property again.

Family Getaway

We had a fabulous stay with the kids, grandparents and dogs. The house is so loved with lots of thoughtful touches. Soap by every sink seems such a simple thing but so many rentals you arrive at and then have to visit the shop for things that aren't there. This place has everything! Great communication with the owner also! Thoroughly recommended

Perfect family location

This property is just as pictured. All three bedrooms are spacious. So much room in all the living spaces and the backyard is amazing. This was a 7 minute walk to the family we were visiting and a short drive to Main Street. Our host communicated with us throughout the visit. All the amenities you need for the perfect family stay.

A week in Brockport

My adult daughters and I visited from south Florida for a week to visit my brother and his family in July. I looked for rental homes in his neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised to find this property was only 3 minutes from my brother. The home was in a quiet, neighborhood. The house was large and probably more than 3 people needed, but we loved that and enjoyed having our own rooms. The backyard was the best. We woke up to large trees, bunnies and deer. It was so peacful. Everything we needed. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook, do laundry, watch TV and just relax. The host was available to message throughout the week in case I had any questions. The town of Brockport was quaint and close to many things that interest us. I highly reccommend this home for a vacation or short getaway. We are already discussing reserving it again in the future.

fantastic gathering spot

We had extended family in the area for our daughter's college graduation. The wonderful house was the perfect home base for our weekend celebrations! Cheryl was helpful and responsive.

Parents weekend at Brockport

Everything was perfect ! The location was not far from college so that was a plus, there was plenty of room for all of us and the house had everything we needed for our stay. The back yard was perfect to play cornhole and hang out on the back deck . The only thing we wished was if there was a fire pit . It got chilly at night and would have been nice to sit outside but it was all good had a bkast

Beautiful Home & Neighborhood

Wonderful family home. Very quiet neighborhood, with a spacious backyard. Beautiful interior, comfortable. Stairway to upstairs is a bit steep for seniors & kids. Be careful. The family room on the main floor is sunken. Very cool concept! Home would be great for a family.

Perfect weekend

Perfect location for my family to stay and visit our son at Brockport college. Our host contacted us to make sure our stay was going well. Only wish we would of knew of this place earlier so we could of stayed throughout our sons whole college career.

For the older folks Be careful of the steep stairway in the home. Other wise it is well taken care off and set up for a good stay.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful home and property. Lovely bedrooms and upstairs bathrooms. Very nice living spaces to relax and watch TV and gather with family. The downstairs half bathroom could have been cleaner.

Nice “home” feeling.

Loved the backyard deck, felt like I was at an estate overlooking the lush tree landscaping grounds. Enjoyed a few BBQ hot dogs on the grill.

Would definitely stay here again.

This home is lovely and very well kept. It is very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The patio and yard is so nice. We had daily visits from a doe and her baby which was amazing. This property does not disappoint and is accurately depicted in the listing.

Brockport Vacation

A friend and I had an excellent stay at this lovely Brockport home. Everything about the property was first class. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The very best part about the property was the gorgeous back patio with fire pit. We spent every evening on the patio with cocktails and a fire, and every morning with coffee. The location is convenient to Brockport and the Erie Canal bike path, to Rochester and an hours drive to Seneca Lake where we spent a lovely day. We were instructed to enter the house through the front door with a keypad, but it was dead bolted shut, so we accessed the house through the garage which had a keypad that had the same access code as the front door. So that was not a problem. All in all a great home in a great location.
