Villa "Melen" with an indoor pool heated to 28° year-round

The Villa de Lantic is located in a small town very quiet and relaxing but is close to the beaches (Binic, St Quay Portrieux, Etables sur Mer) which are 5 -7 km away.
The indoor pool is a real plus, you can swim in it in any weather and at any time!

Description of the house

On the first floor, you will find:

- a fitted kitchen open to the dining room and living room
The dining room is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs
The living room is composed of a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a smart TV. We have fiber and fiber TV as well

- a shower room and toilet
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed
- a laundry room with a washing machine
- a 3.50m x 7m swimming pool heated to 28° all year round

Upstairs you will find:

- a master suite with a 160 x 200 bed and its shower room
- a bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190)
- a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190) and possibility of a travel cot
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet


Outside:

- a 60m² terrace facing south-west
- a fully enclosed plot of 800m²
- a ping pong table
