HOUSE RULES
- -LOCAL RESIDENTS must communicate BEFORE booking.

-Alterations may be subject to 10% Fee.
- Check In is 3pm / Check Out is 10am
- -There is a monitored alarm system. You will be given access. Please do not disturb the system.
- -Keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm to respect neighbors.
- -There shall be NO SMOKING INSIDE home. Smoking done outside needs to be pick up. Extra Cleaning Fees of $200/day FIRM applied to remove odor/stains.
- -NO PETS ALLOWED $100/day Fee -Service Animal require Documentation and proof of vaccination.
- -Please wash dishes/pick up after use. Bugs are YUCKY!
- -We added an Xbox, Games, and Movies for entertainment, please return accessories to there rightful place at end of your stay to avoid fees to replace missing/broken items. $50 minimum NOTE: ALL TVs are Smart TVs No Cable TVs are checked after every checkout.
- -Please acknowledge that occasionally consumables like condiments/snacks are left behind by previous guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale; HOWEVER, ultimately it is up to the guests discretion/wish. The host does not take on any responsibility.
- -Please do not rearrange furniture.
- -NO PARTIES! Guests on property over your reservation amount will be charged additional $15each/day. If guests are found to have had a party without permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges of $150. If any unfortunate event, disruptions affecting neighbors OR the carrying/use of illegal drugs of any kind, ALL GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- -Retaliation Clause: You agree You are booking in Good Faith with Host and will not attempt to retaliate/damage Host business due to dissatisfaction or resolution loss with AirBnb/Host. You waive right to trial; however, agree to pay all trial/court cost in event of. Host will take action for damages.
- -Lastly, because this is an AIRBnB community not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave-avoiding extra charges $50-150.
