Huge 4 Bedroom, Beach Block Condo with Pool and 3 Parking Spaces

Now renting for a 2 night minimum in the off season and weekly only rentals starting July 6th 2025 (Saturday to Saturday). We rent to families, and groups of adults over 25 years old only (we do not allow pets please). Please do no contact us if you want to rent for a party under 25. We are a small condo association and cannot rent to groups under 25 years old. We consider our condo a home and our family uses it as well, so its very important to us that its taken care of***Off season renters, here is your spot. 15 minutes to Cape May for all the great shops and restaurants. Wildwood also has many great restaurants open in the off season too!* Located on 25th Avenue and Surf this very large 4 bedroom 2 full bath top floor condo is all on one level. The balcony overlooks the heated pool of this popular complex (Pool opens Memorial day weekend and closes October 1st). Get to the beach and Morey's Pier without crossing any streets from this beach block location. We are located in the back of the complex so you are close to the action yet can retreat to the quiet of the condo off the main street. Sleeps up to 15 people and offers garage access for beach gear. We offer beach chairs, beach toys, and 2 adult bikes in the garage for you to use! The unit provides 3 parking spaces, (2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit. There is also a separate beverage refrigerator in the dining room area. 3 of the bedrooms have newly installed ceiling fans and there is a portable fan in the 4th bedroom. All bedrooms have new pillows and quilts. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 has a set of bunk beds with a trundle, so that is 3 single beds in that room. There are also 2 cots and a pull out couch with a double bed. There is room for the whole family! Note***sheets and towels, and paper products
are NOT provided. This is a top floor condo so there are stairs required to get to the unit.***

Spacious and comfortable!

We traveled to Wildwood for a cheerleading competition and stayed at the property with 6 adults and 8 kids (ages 6-15). The condo was spotless and check in instructions were easy to follow. Even with 14 people, we never felt cramped. There was lots of space and sleeping arrangements, tons of seating options, and two bathrooms. The location was convenient and we didn't even need to cross a street to access the boardwalk. The owner was extremely responsive and friendly leading up to our stay. Definitely recommend this property for large families or groups.

Convention center Competition stay

The property is very well cared for and very spacious. There are a significant number of steps leading up to the unit which made carrying heavier luggage and water more challenging. We would def rent this unit again.

Great time in the offseason.

Very clean property and very large. Even though it was the offseason during our stay there was still a few shops and restaurants open so we had fun while we werent at the convention center wrestling.

GREAT Spot

This property was PERFECT for our Girl Scout troop. Large communal area open space with the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, 4 good size bedrooms. Very clean, good space. I would rent again with our troop or my family!

Great Place Close to the Beach

This was a great place to stay with 10 ladies for a Bachelorette weekend! We stayed 3 nights and there was plenty of space. Place was clean, was very close to the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

Appreciated the owners sharing their lovely beach house with our family! We are a large family and we all had plenty of space!! It was wonderful to have such good communication with the owners- some owners don't connect at all. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Stay

The house was exactly as advertised if not better. Huge space with enough room for a full family plus friends. We had a great time and enjoyed every second. So close to everything but some how soundproof and could sleep well at night. Great stay!!

Family vacation

Every year we try to find someplace that everybody would enjoy with something for everyone to do. N. Wildwood was it and finding a condo with a pool was a huge plus. The condo was spacious enough for all 13 of us. Mr. Lombardo was very easy to work with and is very quick to respond.

Great Location

The Condo was clean and beautiful! The access to the beach was easy and close (only half of a block). Make sure to bring toilet paper as there was none there upon arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked!! Great place! Would stay there again!

Great getaway!

This condo had everything we needed for a fantastic beach weekend! Spacious, clean, functional, and close to the beach. The heated pool was a big plus in mid-June. Dominic did a great job with communication and we appreciate his willingness to have partial weeks available in early June! I would recommend his place to anyone!

Awesome location and clean

Me and my friends stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. As soon as we walked in we were shocked by how big and spacious it was! Probably the cleanest place we’ve stayed in wildwood, communication with Dominick was TOP notch. Would recommend this to anyone to stay here!!!! Hopefully we will be back next year!!!!!

Fantastic location

All we hoped for was to find a place to stay with a pool and close to the boardwalk. This condo delivered just that!!! A very short walk to the boardwalk and a pool right at the bottom of the stairs. There are two steep flights of stairs to get to the top floor, but the railing is sturdy! I always bring toilet paper and paper towels to wherever we rent just because you never know what will be there. This trip it was needed so I was happy I brought it.. The next renters got the leftovers. We did need to buy laundry detergent because the towels were getting a bit funky, which we also left for the next group! The condo was exactly what we needed and I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Location & a great host!

We stayed at Dominick’s place from 8/6-8/13. We have an amazing time. The house is clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. There were just the right amount of amenities and Dominick made check in a breeze. I will he staying there again next year and I highly recommend this house and host. Thanks for everything Dominick!
